Know where you stand!!!
"In essentials, unity; in nonessentials, liberty; in all things, charity." Eschatology, predestination, baptism... all those little things are nonessential to Christianity but still important to understand. You don't have to agree with all my positions to join, but be prepared to defend your position as I hope to be to defend mine.

I am passionate about Jesus Christ. Giving Him glory in all that I do, say, or think. I'm seeking His guidance and wisdom as I go into the future. -

I forgot to introduce myself... I'm sorry, my name is well Jacob La Bounty I'm 23 years old and married. I am a first year Masters Commission graduate and upon graduating from Masters Commission when I was 19yrs old, I was a Youth Pastor at a Church of God. After I finished my internship I started to attend Southwestern Michigan College where i was the Founder of a College group called Chi Alpha, however my Church became disafliated with the AG and we changed the name (some of you may remember my old post about the AG when i was ending my last blog). Well at Southwestern Michigan College I saw and did some really cool things for the Lord and Jesus even helped me graduate with honors. Which leads us to where I am currently that is attending Indiana University in South Bend which is yet another amazing campus. However it would be wrong of me not to talk about the greatest gift God has given other then salvation and that would be my amazing wife Sarah..... Whom I love very much........... -

I wouldn't be here without my Savior, Jesus Christ, and want to live my life in a way that accurately represents and glorifies Him alone, though I fail constantly. My life's verse is 'But if I say, I will not mention Him or speak anymore in His name, His word is in my heart like a fire... I am weary of holding it in, INDEED I CANNOT.' (JEREMIAH 20:9) I want to live my life keeping God's perspectives, desires and laws as far superior to my own, recognizing that I am finite and He is perfect, and it's a constant struggle to yield and surrender to His plan, so I can live a life that matters, and is lived to the full. I want my life to bring Him glory, and not me, following John 3:30- 'He must become greater and greater, I must become less and less.' I have yet to come even close to this. -
