I'm approximately 21, speak German fluently, and can't think of any good reasons why you shouldn't want to have my children, except the off-chance we're related or you're not a female, although the latter isn't the sine qua non you'd expect it to be. I lived in Konstanz, Germany for a year, and if you have ever paid taxes to the US government, you indirectly financed my stay there. Sorry. -
