Such as, Where you workout, how often do you do it, how much can you lift, how much do you want to be able to lift, what is your schedule for working out, what kinds of supplements are you talking, what is your favorite exercise, perhaps have some weightlifting competions, and I would like to try to help motivate people to continue working out.
