SillyTheFirst Magazine was founded in Hong Kong in 1996 by Sor Tsz, who is still the editor. Initially the magazine identified with non-sense comics. By the late 1990s, facing declining popularity of the non-sense culture, the magazine reinvented itself, targeting an older reader and offering more culture-oriented content, which often focused on movie and music as well as funny stuffs.
