I'm a "wonderfully approachable and huggable, with superb flowing hair" Christian mom, music teacher. I have three kids at home - one heading to the Navy this summer, one going to college, and an 11 year old gymnast and singer... and three dogs - a yellow lab, a golden retriever, and a dachshund who's a very old man. I play flute, piano, and various other instruments, and especially enjoy playing pit for musicals and for church. I am a writer, a thinker, and a lifelong student, and enjoy lively conversation and discussion, especially about God, Jesus. the Bible, and social issues. I enjoy live theatre, photography, gardening, knitting, sewing, baseball, helping my kids develop their talents, and spending time with family and friends. Create in me a new, clean heart, oh God, and take not your Holy Spirit from me. This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it! -

Hey guys! I have been happily married to the love of my life for 10 years! We have 4 kids between us ranging in age from 18-24. We also have another "child" named Charlie Bear who is our 10 year old golden retriever. :) I love to spend time with family and friends and also like to exercise, scrapbook, decorate, and do anything outdoors. I love Jesus! How amazing He is!!! Where would I be without Him?! -

I am constantly amazed at how God chooses to make Himself known through everyday occurances. I do not deserve His mercy or grace but He loves me still. I came so close to losing all that I hold dear from my own sin and selfishness. I am a sinner saved by grace and grateful to my Heavenly Father that He forgave me and restored to me the love of those I had hurt. I am a NY native, lived in Kansas City, MO for 15 years. I have lived here in the great state of Texas since 1990 with my beautiful wife of 32 years and my four adult children. I also have a sweet daughter-in-law too! May God our Father be your strength and shield. -
