I am a bookworm of the first degree and I love to write. My family and close friends are very important to me. I am a peace loving grandma that enjoys life more as each day passes. I am a survivor of domestic violence. I spent most of my adult life in a "religious" commune/"cult" and lived to tell about it. I am a native of Washington State, born in the Palouse Country of Eastern Washington. I migrated to the Pacific Northwest during the 70's and have been here ever since. I am happily married now, and I have six children and four grandchildren as of this writing. -

I am on a quest to understand life and elucidate mankind about my findings. I exist on a special plane somewhere between art and aging, reticent to give up my youth, and regretful that I haven't responded to those muses that have attempted to inspire me. I have constructed an online "world" with my website, and since Memorial Day of 2004 this has been another buiding block to my "electronic experiment in art." My "world" encompasses "art", "poetry", "movies", "photography", and the sheer joy of living. -

I have been retired from active practice for more than a year now. I am enjoying my time without the 24/7 schedule of call that I had to do the entire time, unless I was out of town. My passion has always been reading an dwriting and putting words to thoughts.I would like to know and correspond with other writers on line. Love to write short stories, memoirs and poetry. Have two wonderful children and grand children Noah and Davis. Originally from South India, have lived in the US for more than forty years. Love the way the seasons change here. Autumn with its beautiful brilliant colors fascinates me. Winter is unbelievable, but it is too cold for the tropical blood in my veins. I love the ocean, and try to get close to one as often as possible. Love to hear the waves, and gaze at the restlessness of the waters. I am just a simple nobody, love to love, a people person, day dreamer, whimsical, but always caring. Above all caring. -
