    I am aiming for healthy and sustainable weight loss - I eat right, I eat enough, and I exercise. I eat ice cream, I eat cake, and I try not to worry about it at the end of the day. I'm a vegetarian and I'm working more on eating whole and organic foods. Between February 2009 and October 2009, I lost 50 lbs (averages out to about 1.5 lbs/week), and I've got a ways to go. Eating right, exercising, and seeing myself lose weight is really motivating, and it feels great!

    Stats 5'2 200LBS GW1 175 GW2 150 GW3 130 GW4 120 UGW 115. I am 19 yrs old. I just want to be healthy again! Breakfast will always be 300cals. Lunch 400 and Dinner 500 max cals daily though is 1350. I have to exercise for at least 15 min. a day preferably in the A.M. Want to join me?

    i'm twenty-one, i update daily, and i love supporting people who are doing this the healthy way. :D i do not support eating disorders in any way. i'm a positive thinker, and none of my entries include the dreaded words, "omg, i'm so effing FAT & disgusting!" i don't hate myself; i just hate my body (but i'm beginning to love it). :) i've been losing weight and recording my progress on xanga for over two years now, and i actually ENJOY it. i never see weight loss as a burden or frustrating, i feel good about it and have loved my journey thus far. i'm here for longterm weight loss, not a quick diet. HW: 222.2. CW: 162ish. UGW: 150. i've lost 59+ pounds so far; come see my progress pictures! :D
