I love EVERYTHING JAPAN! i am a total asian. that means I listen to american music AS WELL AS asian music, no matter what language it is. Since i am a ABC ( American Born Chinese ), I share two cultures. My mom used to play some old chinese lullaby songs and as a family, we watch chinese dramas. Then, I began to watch anime and that introduced me to the Japanese World and their Entertainment Circle. However I wasn't fully introduced to it until the end of 2006. I watched anime, but it was english translated and aired onto the television channels and I didn't enjoy watching it as much because it felt different than the original version. I didnt mind if it was played in Japanese, as long as it has english subtitles, I'm fine because I also get to learn some of the language at the same time. I remember that the first japanese song I listened to was "Dakishimeru" by BoA. I'd use two words to describe myself...TOTAL ASIAN. <3 Japan
