My husband and I have 5 kids; 4 are grown and gone, but we're still working on the last one, who has Asperger Syndrome; plus we've had a hand in raising several other kids. I can't turn away a kid in need. I guess I'm just soft hearted, but at the same time I'm no push-over. If I catch you playing me, I'll confront you about it, and probably chew you out for trying it. I am a Christian, not any particular denomination, and not the preachy kind; just the kind who'll be your friend and help you out with whatever I can. I try to make the world a little better and to love everybody. That doesn't mean that I agree with people or condone what they do, but I try to love them anyway. I am an animal lover. We have a dog, 2 cats and a ferret. I adore them all. My son adores the cats and ferret, and usually likes the dog. My husband likes the cats, but just tolerates the dog and ferret. -

So, I'm Amy. I'm five foot four inches tall, I'm a red head, I'm 22 years old, I love animals, I have two dogs and a cat. My big dog is a white labrador name Kane (shelter named him, I left it.. altho it doesnt suit him) and he is just a goof in every way, Spike is small, but brave, loving and has epilepsy. jack is a LARGE orange male kitty, who is 3 or 4 years old now and is bigger than he should be. most people find that I'm easy to get along with, I love to talk, so leave a comment if you want :) -

I'm a "wonderfully approachable and huggable, with superb flowing hair" Christian mom, music teacher. I have three kids at home - one heading to the Navy this summer, one going to college, and an 11 year old gymnast and singer... and three dogs - a yellow lab, a golden retriever, and a dachshund who's a very old man. I play flute, piano, and various other instruments, and especially enjoy playing pit for musicals and for church. I am a writer, a thinker, and a lifelong student, and enjoy lively conversation and discussion, especially about God, Jesus. the Bible, and social issues. I enjoy live theatre, photography, gardening, knitting, sewing, baseball, helping my kids develop their talents, and spending time with family and friends.
