Woman of Proverbs 31
"She opens her mouth with wisdom, And on her tongue is the law of kindness. She watches over the ways of her household. Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her." We need fellowship with other Christian women on a daily basis. It's what strengthens us and keeps us focused on the things that matter most in our lives - God, family, loved ones, and sharing our light with the lost. Let's encourage each other to be like the woman in Proverbs 31!

I love to smile. This blog is a reflection of the joys in my life: my husband, learning about my faith, going to school, and building my wedding photography business, while focusing on the positive. -

I am a child of God--saved by grace 7+ years ago, married for 6+ years to a wonderful husband and man of God. We are currently on the waiting list (as of 11/9/07) as adoptive parents and are very excited (and nervous) to get the phone call that will tell us that we'll be parents. We are trusting in God while we wait and learning to count our blessings constantly! -

Here I am anchored firmly to hope, finding God to be always walking with me faithfully. Writing through the seasons.... seeing Him, seeking Him....journeying along as I breathe! -

I am a mother, a teacher, and currently separated from my husband. Most of all, I am a woman of God undergoing a metamorphosis into the Queen God has called me to be...(1 Peter 2:9). Like the precious oil in the alabaster box, my life is being poured out for Him daily. To quote CeCe Winans, "I've come to pour my praise on Him like oil from Mary's Alabaster Box". In order to praise Him, I have paid a price, I have endured my share of sufferings...but it is nothing compared to the price He paid for me. It is an honor and privilege to praise Him in the midst of the challenges of my life. Welcome to my alabaster box.
