The Unschoolers Ring
This ring is for families and individuals who are unschooling (or who are interested in it I guess) Unschooling is a way of learning, and a way of life. It is an education led by the learner, and not imposed or forced by a teacher or adult. It is learning by living instead of by a schedule of subjects, assignments, tests, or grades. Welcome!

Stay-at-home, gentle, AP, unschooling, Orthodox Christian mama to the most marvelous 9yo boy, who happens to have Tourette syndrome and OCD. My husband is a music producer, musician, and songwriter. Our recording studio has been our livelihood for 16 years. Four years ago, my husband was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. After enduring various infections and losing his hearing for a year, his doctor recommended we leave the harsh climate of Alaska. The temporary hearing loss and relocation have been challenging to us financially, but God has provided through it all. Since our studio is in our home, the three of us spend almost all our time together. :-) Glory to God for all things. -

I'm mom to 5 beautiful unschooled girls and wife to my best friend. A few of my favorite things to do include being with my family, reading, gardening, preserving our own food, being outdoors, picnics, traveling, sitting on the beach, drinking good wine, baking, good conversation, laughing and listening to rain. I am a spiritual, thinking person who is enjoying this incredible life. -

We are radical unschoolers and love *just living life*. My passions are Family, Nature, Animals, and Art . I call life on our farm a Joyful Journey, an ongoing process with always more to do, see, discover and feel. If I had to describe us in ONE word, I would say HARMONY. We STRIVE for Harmony in all aspects of life, with the earth and ALL its inhabitants. So this blog is about our journey through life, and how we relate to the world and its days. Live with intention, walk to the edge, listen hard, practice wellness, play with abandon, laugh, choose with no regret, continue to learn, appreciate your friends, do what you love, live as if this is all there is, ~Mary Anne Radmacher -
