I am a Mom, an Artist, and a studen in any given order. We live in the middle of nowhere Iowa.. Turns out I like being in the middle of nowhere..

I am a professional writer, a domestic goddess, a New Yorker, a mother of boys, a daily bread baker, a person who makes her own home cleansers and greeting cards and grows tomatoes from saved seeds. I love NYC, Tabla and Negril restaurants, kids, dinner parties, spending time with other city parents, Hermes scarves, wine and Campari & soda.

I have found a home in Kansas and I am making it work. I work as a birth Doula and am an Apprentice Midwife. When I have time I sew, knit and try to make beautiful stuff. As a child I did a lot more things that made me really happy, I am doing those things again and seeing where it leads me.
