I am Shanny. I am an American living in Germany. I am a mother, wife, believer, friend and observer. I find that I am often at odds with other belief structures and systems. I tend to think beneath the surface and search for higher meanings and purposes. I am not satisfied with emotional experiences and I want the real thing, all the time. Chit chat is about the only thing I cannot tolerate. I love a real person, even in all their flaws or perfections... its beautiful. I have a bleeding heart for the broken, hurting, lost, and lonely. Only Christ in me can be something that makes an odd person like me, hopeful that "all will be good". He is my life, and all the rubbish that is attatched to His name falsely, I will spend my life trying to free myself and others from, so they can find the beauty in His wonderful love, in its pure entire form. . I like music, movies, art, the goth/industrial culture, and Europe. -

I am a full-time student @ Patten University in Oakland, CA, and a part time Nanny. I never thought I would say it, but i desperately miss Pueblo and my family, and home church. God has me in a new season right now, of challenge, and new adventure. I have no idea what HE is doing, but it will be interesting to look back in several years and see HIS hand at work in my life! -

I am a non- trad student ( a 5th year senior pursing my degree in elementary education. I am a newly wed as well. Life is a never ending adventure. I am learning more and more that you have to enjoy the journey and not worry about the destination. God is growing me in new and exciting ways so I hope as you join me every once in a while on my journey that you will learn to hold onto God and enjoy your journey too. -

I'm a mother, wife, and daughter. I love Christ and my husband and kids with my entire being. That pretty much sums it up as my life revolves around those relationships. Beyond that, I'm loyal to a fault. I have a long fuse, but when it blows I don't even like me--it's something I've given to God; thank goodness He hasn't let me lose my temper in a very long time. I'm bad at making friends, but I love being around people. Right now I'm working on being the wife and mother that God intends me to be and recovering from the loss of my father...that is my focus each and every day.
