compellingconversations
The art of conversation, once considered the sign of a civilized individual, seems less common today. Yet I count the pleasures of sharing experiences, collecting news, and exchanging ideas one of the pleasures of life. I make a point of knowing my neighbors, allowing casual greetings to become long conversations, and making time to explore the feelings and perceptions of friends and relatives in depth. These natural conversations provide information, encouragement, and pleasure. -

I'm a Peace Corps Education Volunteer currently serving near Manila in the Philippines. My job title is Teacher of English Language Fluency. I graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis in May 2008 with a German Studies B.A. and Music minor. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a vocalist and a pianist. Highlight of my college career: living in Vienna, Austria for six months as a Brigham Young University student. Note: This web site expresses my views alone and are not representative of the U.S. government or the U.S. Peace Corps. Every Peace Corps Volunteer's experience is different. -

I spent the summer in Shenzhen, China where I had the wonderful opportunity to work with the kids in the English Camps. It is a experience that I will always be thankful to God for. I'm a brother and a uncle to six nephews and one niece who I grew up with. I'm a Christian Saved By The Unconditional Love Of My Savior Jesus Christ. Living with a heart disorder known as Cardiomyopathy. Still eager and determined to serve God and go he where leads me. Flying Like A Bird -
