I am a second grade teacher, wife, dog owner, sister, daughter & friend. I daydream about traveling, finding Great New Bands to listen to, and writing a book (or books). Xanga is a great outlet for all of the above. You are welcome here. :) -

Welcome to my world. Here, I extend to you my glasses and invite you to put them over your eyes and view the world as I see it. May you be increasingly enriched by your experience. -

I'm a 2003 graduate of MVNU and a 2005 graduate of Nova Southeastern. I love animals! I have 6 pets, including 2 of the best dogs in the world - Maggie the American Eskimo and April the Sheltie. I love watching Dog Whisperer and I volunteer at the Knox County Humane Society. I've been happily married since May of 2003 to my high school and college sweetheart, David. He's in the band Stars Collapse, which has been really fun for us. We also take karate together. I teach first grade with Mount Vernon City Schools and love it! I'm also the founder and director of Freedom Twirlers Baton Corps. -
