I have been married to my wonderful police officer husband for 11 years. We have three kids who are 7, 9 and 10. After staying at home for 9 years I went to school to become an EMT. I worked for about 9 months before God brought me back home and placed it upon my heart to homeschool our children. I love to watch my kids play sports, dance, and play instruments. When I get a minute to myself I like to read, attend church, pretend to be good at crafting, or play the violin. I am also a trained storm spotter and love a good thunderstorm here in tornado alley! -

I am 28 years old, Christian, married for 4 1/2 years, and mommy to our new baby boy- born this may over 10 weeks early! I taught elementary kids for 6 years, but I am taking at LEAST this year off to be a stay-at-home mom. -

In May 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and after a diagnosis roller coaster ride and surgery I am cancer free. In late September '06 I underwent reconstructive surgery and through it all found that God indeed keeps His promises. My blog details the journey and His faithfulness. -
