The mountains of East Tennessee are where I call home, but I have been living in Johannesburg, South Africa since January 2007. I am working for Lyndhurst Baptist Church as a children’s minister. Africa has proven to be a fairly exciting continent, so I have tried to record some of my lessons and adventures. Enjoy and comment! I am looking forward to returning to Tennessee in August of 2008. -

I'm a 26 year old alumnus of the University of Memphis. I'm was a Social Work major and graduated in May 07. I was an active of the BSU here at U of M. I am a proud member of JeffeJ_FanClub_causeWeLoveJeffe but I still hope to get my two XL T-shirts back to help show my love for the Great Jeffe and support for the Corner of Midland band. -

I am a work in progress, compelled by a vision that I have not yet realized. I think life is hard, but I'm not really convinced that it's supposed to be easy. My favorite food is dessert. At the age of five, I had a run in with some fishsticks and now I don't eat seafood. I'm learning that home is not a place where you're born and raised, but rather a place that you create wherever you go. Poverty and injustice move me. I want to spend my life helping others. I believe in the God of the Bible, a God of unending love and mercy, and I believe that at the end of the day, it all comes back to knowing Him and making Him known. -
