Hmm, there is so much! Well, for starters, I'm 22, in college to become an elementary educator, living with my boyfriend and brood of dogs, trying to get healthy-mind, body, and spirit, and trying to live life to the fullest and never take anything for granted! -

I am aiming for healthy and sustainable weight loss - I eat right, I eat enough, and I exercise. I eat ice cream, I eat cake, and I try not to worry about it at the end of the day. I'm a vegetarian and I'm working more on eating whole and organic foods. Between February 2009 and November 2009, I lost 60 lbs, and I've got a ways to go. Eating right, exercising, and seeing myself lose weight is really motivating, and it feels great! -
