I am the wife of a wonderful and godly man who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and seeks to follow Him in every area of life. I am also the mother of 3 wonderful boys who are amazing and love the Lord, as well! I homeschool all 3 of the boys and am so pleased that the Lord has allowed me to do so. I am also the soon-to-be mother of a beautiful toddler girl who is very precocious and our whirlwind! I love to crochet and have many projects coming up. I am very interested in missions and am praying the Lord will take us to the mission field soon! -

My name is Kelly, I am a 40 year old wife of 20 years to Mark and mom to two daughters ages 15 & 11. I love Jesus and am so thankful to Him for all He has done in my life in spite of me. I have had this blog since 2005, however this year (2009) I deleted all my old posts and decided to start over...a fresh start so to speak, as I strive to grow in my walk with God and learn more about myself as a follower of Christ, desiring to please Him in all I say and do. Heirlooms are valuables that are handed down generation to generation, and becoming more and more rare. What I instill in the lives of my family, my children, and all those whom my life touches, are heirlooms that I hope will be valuable to them, and in those who follow long after I leave this world behind for the shores of Glory. At the judgement seat of Christ my hearts desire is that once the smoke of my burnt wood, hay, and stubble clears, there will lay a heap of silver, gold and precious stones for me the lay at Jesus feet.
