SOMETHING NEW

I've started something several weeks ago that I want to be continued throughout the rest of my life. Swimming. I've been going every morning and lap swimming...or at least trying. Today the liefguards coached me and helped me get my breathing rythm down, this is extremely difficult for me. I did the 100 (so that is what the lifeguards called it), which is two lanes or four laps. This means I did them without stopping. I did several 100's but I had to rest after each one. The point is, I LOVE IT. I feel wonderful afterwards and it is a great way to start the day.
Peace and Blessings to all.

Keep on swimming Trey.  When I come down to visit, I'm excited about joining you one morning.

It's the best exercise. I'm looking forward to seeing your amazing lats. (that's the muscles on you sides...abercrombie models tend to have really tone ones)

Awesome! Mike's quite the swimmer--he might be able to give you a few pointers too. I've always wanted to take up swimming, but alas, when it comes to working out running is my first passion. Plus, I feel pretty stupid when I swim b/c I'm clueless--no idea about technique.

I know you haven't posted anything for a while, I just thought I'd write you since I was reading everyone's posts. I miss you and hope you have tons of fun at home. You know we all wish we could be there with you! Tell your mom, dad, brothers, pa pa, and grandma hi for me. Savor every moment, cause Texas rocks and I am sad I can't be there too! Love you man! God bless!

I invite you to check out a new Christian site http://www.asoldierforchrist.com  started by a couple of college students with their main desire to help spread the gospel and to learn and grow in Christ. It has Online Tools to study the Word and various Forums so that Christians can share by posting God given insights and messages for others to learn and grow. And it also offers music links, discussion groups, prayer request, plus much more. We are all in this one soul at a time…God Bless!
