| Three nights ago, I had a long conversation with my four year old nephew Jeremiah. We spoke for almost an hour! I kept saying I had to get off the phone. He begins pleading with me to visit him. I explained to him that driving to Texas right now is not something I can do. He then said: Aunt Jen, do you still have your truck? yes Do you know where your keys are? yes. WEll, what's the problem? I explained to him that gas and time were the real issue. I could tell he was thinking really hard because he paused for a minute. He then said, Sometimes, Santa Claus will help people. Maybe if you call him, he will give you a ride. hahaha...Jeremiah hates it when I laugh at him. His sweet sincerity is sooooo incredibly charming! |
