| last night when i went to bed it was january; i must have slept for a couple months cuz its definitely not winter anymore. sunny and 62 degrees. pshh.

| another year gone. 2005 is a year that i think will go on forever in my
memory. there were good parts and bad parts, like all years, and alot
of things that i want to remember. here's my list of songs that will
take me back to 2005:

so much happened last year that a simple recap would take too long
to write and wouldnt do justice to anything, so i wont do that. but,
like every other year of my life, this has been the best year yet. i
cant look back at all the people i met, friends i made, places i went
to, food i ate, things i did, mistakes i made, songs i heard, words i
wrote, words i said and commitments i made without a tear. it was such
a great year, i'd have to say the highlight was at camp this summer,
and it is the biggest thing i'm looking forward to this year.
but now it is the new
year, and it's time to move on i guess, as hard as it is. this year i
look forward to meeting new people, making new friends, going new
places, eating new foods, making more mistakes, learning from my
mistakes, hearing new songs, writing more words and saying more things.
and most of all i look forward to growing closer to my friends that i
have and growing closer to God because i finally realize how much i
need him, and how much i need friends. i thank everyone ive come in
contact this year for being who you are and showing me why i'm here,
and i hope to get to know you all better this year.

| so this weekend was the harrisburg youth symphony concert, and i'm in
that. even though it took up about 12 hours of my weekend, it was still
so much fun. i think pretty much everyone that hears the concert has to
like it, even if they dont
like
umm... musical instruments? but anyway, it was cool with friends and
all that. i went over to joels house last week, that was pretty
awesome. hes one of the few friends that im able to still be friends
even though we dont see each other everyday. and thats good. schools
pretty good. bonfires in chemistry class are pretty much the funniest
thing. that and spanish class. anyway thats about it for now.

| i guess its that time to post
again. so what have i been doing lately... baseball workouts
started, so im busy with that a little. soccer, as usual.
really not doin much of anything. umm so school's alright, as
long as we're playin badminton in gym. that game is just too much
fun. pretty much just chillin around the house most of the day.
im about ready for it to snow right now, i mean it went form 65 to 30
degrees since yesterday, who says it cant snow a foot by
tomorrow? cant wait to bring out the old board and get to
roundtop a couple times. i gotta go see that new harry potter
movie, but im workin and other stuff all weekend, so it probly wont
happen this weekend. sometimes i wonder what my life would be
like without music. theres so many songs that make me think of so many
things, without music i dont think i would remember anything. i
have more than i ever could have asked for. but one thing
more that i want. its my selfishness and my weakness that make me
want almost as much as You. let me keep You first. back to
chillin.

| so i guess its time to post. well, school soccer season ended,
and even though we didnt do so hott, i think i'll be playing next
year.
schools alright... it just makes me miss camp even more.
camp has been on my mind alot lately, maybe cuz of when i saw PENO
at the messiah homecoming game. i miss camp sooo much. i
miss franklin and matt and brent and eric and jon and rudy and all
those girls and some other guys that i cant remember.
so, according to alex (not gutierrez), im a 45 year old man cuz i work
friday nights and on trick or treat night and cant hang out with
friends. haha, that makes me laugh.
the civic is repaired.
i now understand why so many people hate school, not to say that i hate school, i'll just be glad when i'm out of high school.
thats about it i guess.
