but now im making surveys with my friend and i wanted to know if you can make a cute layout for our new site.

if you could make the layout...i wanted the backround to be a night sky blue with white/silver stars and in the middle at the top for it to say SUPER_SURVEYS_By2 in silver/white. also if you need more info tell me what else u need to know and well tell you

it would be great if you can do that... i know its not easy and i know you have a lot to do. so its ok if you can't make it.
