okay so i have been HORRIBLE with posting my food journals here.. ACK!!

but that doesnt mean ive given up, im still truckin along :)

heres the results for the month of may:

I lost 5
mom lost 5.8
dianne lost 4
and becca lost 3



mom won with the .8... which i didnt count my points...sooo.. ya know ;].. lol.. guess im going to have to from now on.. lol..

but im hanging in there, i lost 14 total for 2 months.. which isnt too bad i guess.. lol loosing weight just always goes soooooooo slow.. but thats better then being up 14  :)

im going to try to remember tuesdays,, since i missed it. ack! lol

Tuesdays journal:

breakfast:
yogurt
high fiber cereal with berries

lunch:
egg on a whole wheat english muffin

dinner:
chicken sub w/
lettuce
mayo
cucumbers.

exercise:
30 mins



Wednesdays Journal

breakfast:
zone bar (had to grab something quick)

lunch:
small portion of potatoe soup
&
grilled chicken over pasta with salsa

dinner:
grilled chicken sub,
lettuce & tomato

exercise:
30mins


i have been drinking nothing but water with my meals.. im tempted to get tea, but then i realize its not even worth it.  Exercising has become a lot easier for me, no more shin splints ;].. but i can really feel my muscles in my legs working, but its a really good feeling. lol.. Tomorrow is weigh in so i tried not to drink a ton of water tonight and i try not to eat past 6:30-7:00. 

Mom and i still go out to eat once in a while, but i find myself searching for the salads instead of the burgers or steaks... its tempting a little at first, but then i snap outta it and know i'll feel a ton better off a salad.. Most places serve the dressing on the side also, thats a big plus! :)

welp wish me luck for weigh in tomorrow.. this is the first week of the 4 again.. then we see who the biggest loser will be this month.. it'll start getting tougher :].. but im in for the long run :D

its like chili but with whole wheat noodles. :)

okay so i guess i didnt eat much today.. lol  went to a friends cookout,, and since tomorrow is weigh in, i didnt wanna eat a hotdog.. so i passed up hotdogs, and choc. cake, andd soda.. lol  so i hope i lost some this week.. we'll find out tomorrow who won the $80.00 :)  i'll be posting tomorrow evening on my other xanga.. lol
