"Bits & Pieces"

1) I am officially hired by James Christou + Partners Architects. In order to prevent the end of financial year, I will only commence my work on Monday, which is the earliest day that they recommended me to start work. Meanwhile, I would like to thank Mr Murray Johns and Mr James Christou for the interview. Also, thanks for all the support from friends and family especially Thian Leng, Vanessa, Andrew, Very and Guan Tai. (no arrangement)

2) Applied for summer studio which will be held in India this year. If I manage to get it, it would possibly start from early January to mid-February. Hence, under the new visa regulation, international students like me, will be able to do part-time in study while working part-time at the same time (save more money).

3) So here comes to the 2nd half of my plan. If I really do PT-study & PT-work, my next semester will end at the end of October which will then allow me to work full time for another 2 months. By the end of December, I should have enough cash with me to buy myself a ticket back home and hopefully that works out before Christmas. There is one condition which I have to sort out - whether or not I can fly to India from HK (it would be cheaper I reckon) for my summer studio, or it is mandatory to fly from Perth to India. If I can fly from HK, I will have the chance to chill out with friends, attend to SJC ANNUAL BBQ, celebrate MUM'S BIRTHDAY, and romanticizing with my girl. :) . Oh well, let's see how it goes and all my concerns shall be vanished.

4) I proclaimed to some of my friends that I have a very high chance to visit Sydney during the winter break. Sorry to disappoint, but to re-announce the next possible trip would be in the mid-semester break. And this will only happen under the above conditions. Right at this moment, I am really really broke and even I start working next week, part of my 1st payment (fortnightly basis) will go into the superannuation ...

5) Architecture Exhibition started last Friday, congratulations to all the good work and to be honest, I am really really impressed by the quality of the work. It seems to me that the tutors had given heaps of effort on students. Oh yeah, mine is up too in G.22~ :P

6) Going to shift my living to my friend's house down at Carosel for 3 weeks (costing issue). It's gonna be a rush one on the US Independence Day :( . I guess I should start packing tonight.

... to be continued - as planned, with hope ...

"Miss Indonesia 2008 - Sandra Angelia"

Congratulation to you Sandra! I heard that you are moving onwards for the Miss World at the end of the year. Good Luck with that and all the best!!

Yeah, Sandra is one of my architectural friends at uni. She has recently graduated from her bachelor degree at UWA. She is gorgeous and smart, but it's very sad to hear that she's not continuing her master at UWA. We all miss you -  Me, Yovi, Oscar, Jiunn, Guan Tai, Mehng, Very, Winnie, Anastasia, Henry, Cat, etc. We are very proud of you. When you have the time to travel around, do pay us a visit at uni. We will show you our fantastic design, maybe there'll be a chance for you to pick one of us or all of us to design your dream house (who knows?).

Let me proudly present your splendor to my friends!

"3 years"

Time flies, as it always does. It has been three years since our first hand-in-hand.
Without you, I would be cursed as if a zombie lingering in nowhere.
I was saved by you, though, love virus has been injecting into my body everytime I contact you.
It is sweet, comfy and peaceful.
It is harmless, adhersive and emotional.
What makes me up is I conceive myself a man as man.
And what makes you up is a lady which I serve and love as lady.
Do you know how much I love you?
I ain't no Saint, I ain't no prophet, I am at this very moment where happiness pervades.
You aren't no mermaid, you aren't no princess, you are the shooting star which shines on my ways.
Bonds remain intact.
We remain mortals.
And I will guard you from all dangers, protect you from all inclemencies.
Even one day I lay in peace and end with a true death,
My soul will never be crumbled.
I will always be the one as one, as a man as man.
You will always be my lady, the one whom I truly love.

"Peculiar W.C. in the Library"

This must be somewhat the trauma when studying too hard in the library ...
It's true that I actually photographed it with my cellphone in the architecture library when I was doing my physical egestion.
...
The below phenomenons might happen within your uni. Look around and see it yourself.

Phenomenon (1) - Solitary Life - Perpetuating virtual dialogues with strangers
08042008409

08042008410

Phenomenon (2) - Library is your second home where you change and hang your clothes
08042008406

Phenomenon (3) - Possibly causing homesickness / epistemological torment
08042008407

I'm not sure why the Atlas and the Hanger are in the cubical ...
and eventually. I didn't return it to the front desk. Maybe it won't be there tomorrow, who knows.

"Fallen Sword"

Alright, I admit that I am addicted to this game recently. It's free, no installation needed, fun and interesting.
Yeah ... an excuse for my own procrastination.
