| i've made it through another year at MCADhighlights from this school year.
I've realize that this semester was a hard semester for me. There were conversations about my body of work that really made me think about what I was making. I doubted myself. It also help me realize that I needed to get away from MCAD and Minnesota to really think about things. i have gotten closer to some people at school, whose friendship I truely appreciated, and will maintain for a lifetime. With that said, I am happy that I will be attending MASSART for a semester in the fall. Its a new adventure that both excites and scares me. I'm sure I will miss Minnesota and everything about it, but i look forward to exploring boston and its coastal states.
here is new work

| i want to make photographs about the people i love for the rest of my life.when i told the photographer i was interning for, that all i want to do for the rest of my life is make photographs of hmong people, he looked at me and said, how do you know this what you want to do for the rest of your life? I thought about it, and said, "i just know, there are so many things that needs to be told to the world and i want to be a part of that voice."
