| This has been neglected.
I'm not having surgery...an ultrasound revealed that there's nothing wrong with me, so go figure. I'm back to the gym to lift heavy things and work off the long days of work. It's kinda fun.
Go Royals |

| So today I went to the ER today because i thought my appendix was rupturing and i couldnt really move, and i got medicine that felt weird. Turns out i think I have a hernia so I'll probably be getting surgery before too long.
Right now I'm watching a movie on the Oxygen channel. Yeah, I know. |

| I took a last minute trip to Tan-Tar-A on Friday- last night and played 3 rounds of golf with my buddy Danny and his dad. It was certainly a break from the normal weekend and nice to play golf.
I'm sunburned.
I just got another pound of pikes place blend and that's pretty exciting.
Watching the Royals tonight.
I'm still kinda fat.
That's all i got.
***I forgot to say that I played a course yesterday that I've always wanted to play and it was gorgeous. A perfect golf experience through the hills. Simply beautiful. It's called Old Kinderhook. check it out |

| EDIT3: I didn't end up having that afternoon coffee after all. Sorry for the abundance of worthless blogging. Happy bday to MRS. E!
EDIT2: I felt obligated to document that I am about to make an afternoon coffee, since I ironically just said I only drink it in the morning. Sometimes it's nice to have when you need to be on the top of your game and this is one of those afternoons. Jesus didn't need coffee and I shouldn't either :( Logical conclusion: I live mostly in the flesh.
EDIT: I've been thinking of this: "Was Jesus ever unassuming?" I don't care if you think you know my motives for asking, but I really do wonder if there was ever a soul He encountered that could avoid His glory. Even just passing Him on the street making no eye contact or verbal appeal. That's what I'm pondering...what do you think He was like?
Royals are 6-2 and in first place. They're playing like a baseball team. I'll be there Friday and Saturday night to root them boys on!
I'm 150lbs and getting some strong back. I have a solid core now, but still some belly fat which is kinda funny. The office is back on tonight. I like reading My Utmost for His Highest. But I can't unless I want to get fired up. Same with the Bible. The Word, you know, Jesus.
Coffee is once a day, in the morning. I'm not addicted anymore and I really just want it in the mornings only. Currently drinking Organic Sumatra Peru. Very good...smells like the different espresso blends from the Roasterie and almost tastes like them too. Try that. I'll try the Pike's Place next.
Steak is good too.
These are the details of my life. Any comments? |

| Tonight I walked from my apartment in Lee's Summit to my parents house in Kansas City. It was 7ish miles..and through the woods, not on roads. It was a really nice time to walk through the hills and see more of the land that you never knew was there. I did run into a donkey who seemed happy to see me. As I walked past him he dropped a little turdy and began to run along side me. Then he farted the loudest sound that I have ever heard come out of man or beast. It was the funniest thing that I've encountered in a looonnng time. Now I'm sitting here having a drink will all natural ingredients to replace some carbs I spent on my adventure.
Royals first game is monday at noon. I weigh 148 and am healthy. Farting Donkey. I might move downtown.
Who has life out there? |
