| hey there lovelys!!sorry i havent updated..
family problems. ugghh.
anyhow, i have done pretty well, we quit our gym membership (eck) but we got weights and an efx at the house!! i was so excited, no i just have to walk down stairs to exercize!!
and..i have been reading some ana books.
i finished WASTED (very good, a great informative one) and an old favorite STICK FIGURE(a diary, my fav.)
i love them
today, day after b-day is fast.<3
then im going on only carrot sticks, cucumber&fat-free cottage chees low cal sandwiches, green beans, and fruit. my favorites<3

total-7cals
today, i didnt eat till 4:00, total, 40+ hr fast. not the best. try for longer later.
then today i had
small salad-70 cals
steamed vegtables-60 cals
total-130 cals.
wish me luck for the rest of the week, want to loose 5 lb. by tuesday!

today is monday: i.e, fasting day.
so today, no more than 50 calories may be consumed,at most of course!
so today i thought i would post my favorite low cal meals/snacks!
1.calorie haters club grilled cheese- what i use is 2 slices of healthylife bread(35 cals per slice), one bottle of parkay butter spray(0 cals), and soyco foods vegan cheese(20 cals per slice). i heat up the pan, and POUR! butter into it. (the spray looks and tastes just like butter when poured). i then place the bred on the pan and cook just like regular grilled cheese!
regular version: calories range from 233 to 475 cals!! oh my!
my version: 90 cals! yay!
2.substitution spaghetti-get the vegtable spaghetti squash(75 cals per cup), one can of diced tomatoes(60 cals per can), mushrooms, onions, or other veggies you like. Cut the spaghettie squash in half and scoop out pumpkin-like filling. place in oven for 45 minutes on 350. when its done, get a fork and scrape out the inside. it looks just like angel hair pasta, and tastes very similar, and delicious! put the can on diced tomatoes in a pot along with other veggies, and cook for 10 min. on med. heat!
regular version:one cup of spaghetti and sauce can be around 225-300 calories.
my version:around 95 calories!!
3.skinny girls oatmeal cookies- get one cup of oatmeal(300 cals), egg beaters egg substitute(30 cals per 1/4 cup), vanilla flavoring, (o cals), sugar twin (0 cals), low-fat yogur(70 cals for 1/2 cup). mix oatmeal, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 3 tbsp. vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar twin, and 1/3 cup low fat yogurt. place on pam-ified pan into 6 cookies. place in oven for 12 min. on 350. there you have it!
orginal recipe: 630 cals for 6 cookies.
my recipe:400 for 6 cookies. please dont eat 6 tho!! haha, if you feel a binge comming on, these would be great tho.
for random low cal snacks:
healthy life bread-35 cals per slice+parkay butter spray-0cals
butter rice cakes-25 cals per cake
plain rice cakes+butter spray-10 cals per cake
veggie sandwich;s or wraps-70 cals (2 slices bread) or 50 cals (med. veggie tortilla)+ all your vavorite veggies!- 60-80 cals
SOME TIPS FOR MY FAVORITE PEOPLE:
>>if you are fasting, and become incresingly hungry, chug a diet coke, then a bottle of water...repeat. you will become VERY bloated, and sick to your stomach. convice yourself you just ate alot, and now have a stomach ache. ahah
<<late night cravings can be a whore, so when you think you might give in, try on EVERYTHING in your closet to keep busy. you might find the clothes that are loose on you now (which might discorage you from eating) or the clothes that are too tight on you now(which might dicourage you from eating. )hahah you might also find some new outfit combo;s!
>>tips for exercizing: music makes all the difference, at least to me. make a work out playlist of all very upbeat songs and challenge youself to stay with every beat,later you might try to go double the speed of the song! for want-to-be runners, its always easier eaising you way into it. one day, see how far you can run, distance wise, until you cant anymore. the next day, challenge youself to something small, like .05, or .1 mile longer than the day before. repeat every day. in 10-20 days, you have another mile!
well, this seems to be all the wisdom i can muster up today.

| oookay. today is sunday. we are having the funeral today, no horrific hurricane signs. thank goodness.
for those of you who dont know the way i operate, it goes a little something like this.
sundays-i have what i like to refer to as my b-day. this stands for many a thing. a-best day! b-binge day, c-bad day. i do this for many reasons. i believe that a day devoted to the foods you deprive yourself of only makes you do better during the week. i know that if i, for one, see a really tempting food during the week, i say "eat it on your b-day, fattie!" hahha. this makes passing up that food easy. because of this, i rarely, if ever, binge during the week. before i gave myself this day, on a bad week, i could binge up to 3 times!! and because of these awful gag reflexes, cannot purge afterwards. If i dont have a great week, i feel as if i dont deserve my day, and sometimes skip it, making the next week stronger.
monday-i ususally fast on this day if i can, or try and keep it lower than 50. this is to make up for my b-day. hahah
tuesday-on days that are not fast days or b-day, i try and eat under 300 cals. 5 to 6 times daily, getting mostly fruits and veggies, rice cakes too.
wednesday-just like tuesday
thursday-just like wednesday, which is just like tuesday!
friday- almost just like thursday, except i eat at about 11:45 my final meal that night, because on saturday...
saturday-i fast, also making up for the b-day. or as i said, try to stay under 50.
this is my usual schedule. except for this wierd week. fourth of july, being watched, and our long trip, my grandma;s death exct...
well today is b-day and i have been craving donuts so im getting my mom to take me to krispy kreme for two chocolate covered glazed. mmm my favorite.
(on b-days, i dont like gorge myself with food, just delight myself without overdoing it. i probly eat about what most normal people would, mostly junk. hahah)

all the people at the funeral kept going on and on, how much you have grown, how big you are (im 5'8 1/2) how beautiful i look. i wish i could believe them, but reletives ALWAYS say stuff. i wish i could believe them. its just, no person who hasnt seen you in a while wont tell you your beautiuful, right!! ahhaha
so for b-day...here goes, hold your breath ladies.

ick, i hate writing it.
but, i just know tomorrow is a fast day. another thing about the b-day, is that even though im excited to eat the foods i like, each week i want less and less food the next b-day because i feel so disgusting! hahah
another little tidbit of information: inever want to work out on b-day. when i see the burned cals climbing into the 600's i would usually be like HEY, I JUST BURNED DOUBLE WHAT I ATE! but on b-day, im like, this doestn even make a differnece. poo. ahhahahah

| okay, up at 9:45 central, 10:45 regular time. and what day is this?
this is the day for the wake, or wake and funeral, because a hurricane is comming and they dont know if we can have the funeral on sunday.
so today, im going shopping to get a new dress. everyone decided that black was too sad, so were going in color! she would have wanted that.
and my mom wants to get our minds off sad things, so she is taking us out for the day, trying to have a bit of fun!
i think i shall fast today. i need a bit of will power, dontcha think.
well, off for a day on the town, and a world of diet coke and coffee!! yay!!

so the fast didnt go perfecto today. we went shopping and stuff, and i got the cutest pants, tank, and sweater thingie from express and the limited. i <3 them. anyhow, we went to mcalisters deli before, ( i love that place). i practiced self-control, but not enough. i had a side garden salad. no dressing. prolly 40 cals. and 2 bottles of diet coke. one bottle of water.
40 cals isnt so bad when it is 4:10 my time, but its still not perfect. no more food today is all i have to say!!

okay, so its 9:28, and the only thing i ate today was the salad. people are over here now, and lots of food was brought, but im not too tempted, cuz most of it is meatie stuff, and i shall not break being vegetarian. i have no desire too.

exercize-non, unless you count socailizing with reletives you dont know exercize, i mean, it is tireing!!
i cant wait to hit the gym when i get back!!
