wow

2006?! Holy crap..how do you use this thing?

Wednesday, February 22, 2006

I thought I was the clinger so this is new.
I'm feeling overwhelmed but that's not a bad thing. It's all other factors that makes it shitty.

-This weekend is jammed packed.
-March 1st is this coming Wednesday.
-Was told to stay off left leg for the next several weeks (impossible!)
-Need to pick up art history text and begin a long overdue exam.
-Stoo-ped Blake.
-etc., no time....

When Ginger disguised itself as Broccoli

I sprained something in my lower back on Wednesday and it's still hurting today.
Spent 3 hours alone in the emergency room and all I got were a few Ibuprofen pills. I guess I was expecting them to diagnose me with a butt tumor or with a few weeks left to live or something; at least that would've been worth the hours of wait. hahaha~ bah. Elmhurst sucks.

I'm so broke right now, I had to return a dvd just to get a few dollars in my pocket. OY. On Thursday I went to the Yngwie Malmsteen concert with Brandon and Livan. Thing about that is that Livan had already bought his tickets for him and his girlfriend before he told Brandon about the show, I think-otherwise, why would Brandon have had to pick up more tickets? Anyway, they were supposed to be $25. I didn't know Malmsteen's music but I did want to go to a show so I agreed and offered to pick up our tickets. He said he'd handle it..and that ended up being buying them off ticketmaster and paying an extra $10 on each for "convenience" charges. Oh dear God, thirty five bucks for a show I've only heard sample stuff of from the internet (that's actually more than what it would cost for people who bought tickets on the day of the show), plus $16 for food (in order to get a seat), where I'm second choice for company, and right, nearly had my memory card taken away to be discarded. Ahh yes, and this was Thursday night so it was the second day of severe back pain. *dies* Ugh, and Brandon goes to school around 58th St. which isn't far from Times Square (where the show was being held) but he didn't feel like walking the distance. However, the plan for meeting up was him thinking of having me pick him up after his class so we could walk downtown together...he called me lazy for not wanting to do that. Jeez. Oh well, whatever, it was still a good show and I shouldn't be so cheap 'cuz, look at me....I'm cheap and it doesn't matter. I'm broke anyway. lol.

I'm also very destructive at other people's homes. Brandon, him again, didn't want me going home by myself so "late" at night so he wanted me to go back to his place. The last time I stayed over there was that incident with toilet paper. This past Friday morning started with me yelping at Brandon's sudden ghostly appearance, tripping over the dog, falling, and knocking over a whole bag full of clothes pins at 5 freakin' a.m.

KREATOR!! In February they have a show also at B.B. Kings (where Malmsteen's took place). If I'm giddy it's because I got my tickets. Mwahahhaa!! Blake said he'll come with but it'll probably end real late. Am I supposed to invite him over to my dump? Oh no. At least there's still over 2 months to figure it out; maybe Richard would agree to sleep in my room with him while I take over his? Ahhh, the once mine box without windows. I haven't seen Blake since the end of September. He is supposed to be working on getting his GED but something screwed over and he hasn't been feeling well lately. He asked me to go over but I hardly have any time....and also, what good am I for entertainment? =/ Mwahahaha, maybe I can make him watch my Kenshin. I'd be such a tyrant. >D The plan was for me to go over this coming Monday or something but I'd have to call to confirm. I don't think I've stayed home for an entire day for the entirety of November...I'm soooo tired!!! oyy. Wasn't this what I wanted? It sucks! But I do want to see him again. He's one of those 100% sweet by nature kind of people who doesn't go out of their way to have you notice their "deeds". How do you let someone know you appreciate them without letting it go to their heads and have them turn vain on you? =/ I have that effect on people....

Happy Thanksgiving!!! It's 10:41 November 23rd, and already I'm pigging out on a poor turkey. (and Richard's in his room listening to a Christmas song. Nothing's odd around here.)

I went to church for a bit today. It's funny how things work out sometimes. On Monday I saw Chris (most likely anyone who reads this won't know Person) in Flushing and he invited me to visit sometime. Before seeing him, I saw a bunch of Tzu Chi members. I know them by face (one by hair since he's asian, has it long..and permed, lol), One of them, Alex, recognized me. I can't for the life of me remember from which event did I meet him from but he invited me to join their programs which are available on the same days as the church's gatherings..which are all days I'm indisposed. Bah.

I have so much to be thankful for this year. To be continued because I'm tired....

"Look at the stars, look how they shine for you~" -Yellow- (Coldplay)

Heh~ How was everyone's Halloween? My weekend was so damn disturbing I think I need a year's worth of therapy just to get over it. haha~ Details elsewhere...."maybe"; currently I've been trying to avoid thinking about it.

Other than that, life's been good and short. The weather's been great; I thrive!! However the sucky is that the day is too short and there's too much to do. I'm not exactly sure what I've been doing. All I know is that I need more hours.

  • to start doing art again
  • to learn how to play the guitar
  • to.....clean room
  • to....just sit back and read or something...
Hmm, not much but it's hard..wow, I suck. lol~ Mum said that I seem really happy these past few days though. I find that funny.
