| Pardon the uber boringness of this post, but I don't have much to say today for some reason. Uhm, well I'll just give an update on my school: I did lesson 33 in my Algebra 1/2, installed the "Learn to Speak Spanish" program so I can work on that, did some forum coding (Trying to add new features under the profile), I wrote a few ideas that I have for the notebook thing but I haven't gotten around to actually adding those parts yet, and I did some writing.. Yup, dat's whats I did. ^_^ | | |
| Ello'! ^_^
Well, today I started working on my custom made notebook pages. The piccy on the left is the page outline for my Sci-fi story! =) It took me 3 hours to make it all, but I'm actually happy with the way it looks *Shock - I usually hate what I make *. The top part of the banner is just modified from InvisionFree Skin Zone, but the rest was made by meeeeesa. So, basically, I'll be writing my story on that layout, and I'll add pictures of the characters, locations, ect. I'm wanting to make a character profile section as well. There is a lot that I can do with it, and I'll be sure to update you guys on how it goes while I'm working on it!
That's about all that is note-worthy/interesting for today. I'm also doing math *Horror music plays and people scream for their lives.. Err, yeah*. Uhm.. *Yawns* Whew, I'm tired, so I hope this blog didn't bore you all too much. Adios!

| Today we did labs, but no ordinary lab! You know those thin tall candies that looks like a crystal on a stick? Well, that's what we made. Over all it takes a few months for it to develop into a nice big candy, so it may take a while before you actually get to eat it.
Here is how we did it: Bring the water up to a boil, once it's boiling pour the sugar into the water. Several cups of sugar will need to be added for the correct thickness for this. Stir till no more sugar is seen at the bottom of the pan, then check to see how thick it is. Once it's slightly hard to stir through, let it cool off. Once it was cooled off a bit, put it in a jar and add a string or straw for the crystals to attach to.
Viola, crystal candy and a lab all in one. We made it to model crystal structures, ect. So it was just an example for our studies, but hey.. At least we get to eat it. It tastes a whole lot better than the last homework I ate!
| Outfit Update (Made with the Tomb Raider Level Editor) : Ahh, well.. Today I made the chest mesh. I slapped on some textures just for testing it, but I kinda like the new textures, so I might keep them. It's basic at the moment, but I 've been working on the lighting.. Whew, well I've no gotten it 98.9999999999999% perfect. Which is pretty stinky good for several hours and a 5 year old game engine, I suppose. I've put a lot of 3D details in this one, such as realistic bone structures (Or, at least for someone with a small frame). She actually has shoulder blades, a collar bone, I tried for rounder shoulders (Not sure if you can even see the difference, though) and a smother back arch. But even with those additions she's still somehow curvier than before. Oh well, that's fine.. Hehe
Here is a screenshot of the outfit, mostly showing of the new upper torso mesh I made. lol. Oh, and I still haven't added the new head (See second post of this page), it's still the old one.

Edit: and YES, she IS, in fact, wearing clothes. They just really look like skin color, and it's saved as JPG so it compresses it..
