hey everyone!

so yesterday was Black Friday/Kelly Clarkson Day and we were, well, shopping, so I didn't really feel like updating when I got home. I'm feeling a heck of a lot better than I have been though so I guess that's good. Ahhhh my break is almost over, and I looked at what I had left for homework..and I'm going to die. LOL. Seriously, I totally forgot that I have to read The Pearl..I started it like a few days before break, but got through like the first and second page and got bored. And did I ever mention how I'm going to flunk that social studies test? Umm yeah..that study guide is like impossible.

anyway, yesterday was alright, like I said, we went shopping most of the day. we went to Old Navy and the mall, which was packed. we didn't stay there for long, just had lunch at the food court and then umm decided to leave. we also went to the movies, we saw Rent! SO GOOD! I loved it! I've had Seasons of Love stuck in my head since yesterday. After we got home from the movie, we spent the rest of the night watching my Idol DVD set, and it's so fun LOL. I watched the Best Of AI disc last night, the Worst of AI disc this morning, and then I've watched most of the bonus disc too. OMG they made her [Carrie, who else?] cluck like a chicken at her audition!! LMAO I was laughing so hard when she did it. and I loved the whole "This country girl is going to Hollywood" thing, that was awesome. And there's a crazy long interview [at least it seemed long to me] with KELLY. Yes, it's never before seen, it was from June of 2002 when she had just gotten into the top 10. It's hilarious, she sits and talks about one of her performances in church when she was a little kid and all this other good stuff. She looked so different back then. And it has like auditions from each season's top 2, so I finally got to see Justin's audition and everyone's. Clay's made me laugh again LOL. That kid is such a nerd. Speaking of Clay, he has a show here in Cincinnati tonight, a Christmas show, part of his Joyful Noise tour..but I'm not going..cuz I'm not a Claymate. LOL. But anyway, it also has like extended hometown footage of Carrie and Bo..I never realized how much Carrie cries, she cries like more than Kelly does LOL. Aww but it showed everyone's winning moment, and I finally got to see the And The Winner Is stuff from season 1 like I've been wanting to..I mean I've obviously seen it before, but I hadn't in a long time. So now I have it on DVD. I watched that part alone like 3 times..LOL it's all my sister's fault. But yeah, the DVDs were good. Ya well, I'm gonna umm go..actually wait, if anyone cares, this is a poem I wrote today, it's not that good, but whatever.

It's like I don't know you anymore

But I guess everyone seems to be that way
Since fake is the new trend.

this is the third time i've tried putting this up, the damn computer keeps freezing on me, but whatever. just wanted to drop by && say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!! we just had dinner a while ago and it was fabulous. the day in general was kinda crappy though, considering i'm still sick. anyway, yeah so thanks for all the comments for the other day's entry! just some random info for y'all - Kelly's CD went quadruple platinum today!! I think the CD is also/already got re-released, so umm yeah y'all should get that. Kelly's going to be on the cover of an upcoming issue of Seventeen magazine, and I think it's going to hit stands on December 6th, so check that out.  In other news, Carrie was on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York this morning, and she performed Some Hearts on the Pillsbury Dough Boy float!! And yes, she had to lip it, but I figured it was no big deal for two reasons: 1) EVERYONE lipsang today and 2) We already know Carrie can sing live, hence the LIVE singing competition called American Idol that she won..duh. But yeah I think that was basically it for the day. Oh yeah, I got the American Idol DVD set yesterday, I haven't watched it yet, buuttt.. the first disc has 3 1/2 hours of good Idol stuff on it, the second disc has 2 1/2 hours of good [well, bad..] Idol stuff on it, and the bonus disc, has yet again, 3 1/2 hours of good Idol stuff on it. Yes, that's about 9 1/2 hours of American Idol right there. I'll probably watch it tomorrow, I was too lazy to watch it today. but anyway, I guess that's it, I'm gonna leave now..baaaayyyeee!

P.S. Guess what tomorrow is?? NOVEMBER 25th! AKA..KELLY CLARKSON DAY!! Haha.
