When "Installing" the layout, make sure the settings in your Look and Feel are set to the following:

Width: 100percent
Alignment: Center
Background-Color: FF99CC
Left Module Border Color: 333333
Left Module Border: 1px Solid

Make sure EVERYTHING ELSE is set to TRANSPERANT and all TEXT/LINK COLORS are set to 333333 or cc6699.
