When "Installing" the layout, make sure that the settings in your Look and Feel are set to the following:

Width: 699 px
Alignment: Center
Background color: F79FCC
LINK COLORS:
Normal: B4F5FF | UNDERLINE
Active: B4F5FF
Visited: 2c2c2c | UNDERLINE
Hover: 9FF79F

Left Module Border Color: 2c2c2c
Left Module Border: 3px Dotted
Title Text: 2c2c2c

Make sure EVERYTHING ELSE is set to transperant. and all the other TEXT COLORS are B4F5FF or 2c2c2c.
