| It's been eons, it seems, since the last time I had a decent post.
So why start now? I've been challenged to be a better man. Frankly, I relish the challenge and welcome how it will change me. In the few days that have already passed, the tasks have included external things like polishing shoes and internal things like being grateful.
It would seem common-sense to do these things, but apparently it isn't, if I haven't been doing it until being tasked to do so now. The lamest excuse I can think of, is that I've just been too busy. However, there's not excuse to be a better man; to myself, my family, my friends, and other people that drift into my life. I think all too much these days, men are not being the men they are inherently created to become. Step up. That goes for me as well as for any other man. Be a better man.
| It seems like eons since I've written on here. More often than not, I'll be using the social site instead to just write a quick note as to what's going on with me. So what has been going on? Life. Without much time devoted to introspection. As much as I should do it for greater clarity and calm, I find myself short on time these days. I'd say that is a good thing and definitely time well spent. There is much to grow and experience.
So what does that mean for xanga? Will I be stopping and closing down my account? Maybe. I do miss the ability to write down my thoughts, but I so much more prefer doing so with a real live person.
| I'm able to jog at least 1 mile again with knee pain. There's slight discomfort, but no more so than the other knee. My current goal is to do 3 set of 6 pull-ups by the end of the month. I'm close. | | |
| This is so disturbing, disheartening, and just.... =/
