In earlier articles, people have asked how we would pay for the programs the Falconist Party proposes. Here is a few of our proposed economic policies.
To begin with, we will replace the Federal Reserve with a USG-owned and operated Bank of the United States whose chairman will be appointed, serve at the pleasure at, and terminated by the President with the consent of Congress.
Second, we will implement a new tax code which will include a flat tax; a value added tax (with annual tax credits of $2000 per child); tarrifs on imported oil; and cost-prohibitive taxes on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and pornography.
With this in mind, we will allocate the spending of our GDP in the following portions
2% National Debt Interest 5% National Debt retirement 5% Military 5% Education 5% Homeland Security 10% Health Care 5% Rebuilding America 5% Savings and Investment 3% Entitlements 1% R&D 2% Other Federal Spending 2% State Government spending 5% Local Government spending 10% Faith-Based and nonprofit sectors 35% Disposable income
I know that 35% looks meager, but we also forecast an annual economic growth rate of 30% because first, a dminishing national debt will mean lower interest payments for homeowners; second, a diminshing national debt will also mean more money flowing back into the private sector to finance the rebuilding of our economic engine; third, with the national debt retired, we will also be able to eliminate that 3% of our GDP dedicated to paying interest on the national debt.
Our rebuilding program will add $3 to the GDP for every $1 spent by first, meeting America's water needs by building new water generation and distribution networks; second, reduce communting time and the costs of transport of goods by building new roads, high speed railroads, mass transist systems, and airports; third, create a more literate workforce by rebuilding all private, public, nonprofit, and faith-based schools as well as building new ones; fourth by employing ten million people at living wages, we will be creating demand for products at home, creating taxpayers, creating savers and investors, reducing crime, and rebuilding neighborhoods.
Our economy will also continue to grow once we have moved from a fossil fueled economy to a solar-nuclear-hydrogren economy.
In ten years time, we forcast the economy to grow to 1000% its current size and that the average american will be ten times wealthier after taxes than he/she will be at the begining of this economic program.
The Blue Field is full of stars. One for each state in our union. However, as the Falconist Party envisions adding even more states and territories to our union by admitting soverign nations into our union; conferring US Statehood on existing US Territories and commonwealths; and colonizing the oceans and space, we have to ask ourselves how the US Flag would reflect our greater America.
One proposal is to freeze the flag at 50 stars regardless of how many more states join our union. Another proposal is to go back to the original 13 stars in the circle to represent the 13 colonies that originally formed the USA back in 1787. Both of those proposals are under consideration by the Falconist Party.
Another proposal is to have eight pointed stars in our flag. Each white eight pointed star in the blue field will represent 10 US States. As the union surpases 100 states, a white ten-point star will represent 100 states.
However, rest assured, under a Falconist administration, our union will grow. We will add more states and territories and build a more perfect union. One day, you may see those stars in that blue field replaced with a diagram resembling the milky way gallaxy!
The good news now is that even though, we haven't been able to salvage our previous website, we did still managed to find the first website of the Falconist Party up and running. We also have a new, temporary logo for our party which we included with the old website. Were also using this time to review our platform and strategy to make Falconism and the Falconist Party more palitable to the American People.
