| - Dance, DanceSo I'm broke now....but it's okay.
I'm now a proud owner of a 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe:
- Diamond Graphite Exterior (Dark Gray) / Black Interior
- 6-Speed Manual Transmission
- Sport Package w/ 19" forged wheels
- Aerodynamic body kit w/ rear spoiler and front chin spoiler
- Navigation
- Bose Premium Sound w/ 6 disc in-dash mp3 CD changer.
- 298 HP, 260 ft-lb of torque
- Tinted Windows
So there's an interesting story behind the car. I've been looking
for a car for a while, and about a month or so ago, I found this one
g35 with all the options I wanted, so I emailed the dealer. They
emailed me back and said they just sold it. I was so bummed, but
I kept my search going. Then a little over a week ago, i was
searching listings online and I came across a car at a different
dealership with the same exact options and I was like...this is
wonderful! Then i realized...wait..it has almost the same mileage
too. I checked the ad from the car before..and it turns out it
was the same exact car. Same VIN number...but marked up 3k...what
bastards! So last saturday, i went down to mission viejo to wheel
and deal and i picked up the ride and knocked the price back down cuz i
told the dealership i knew how much they paid for it..and i told them
why they can't con me for $3k more. Anyways...i bought it.
I also cant drive stick, so ity'll be an interesting few
weeks...haha...or maybe i should say a bumpy few weeks. My dad
had to drive my car home from the dealership. It was like freak
weather conditions that wknd too....hail at the dealership.
On another note...i just got back from mammoth with some
co-workers...man were the conditions awesome. powder
everywhere..so i could blaze brand new trails. And i have a new
found love for riding through the tree and foliage. chair 9 and
chair 25 are my favorite to come down. But the wknd was filled
with a bunch of mishaps too...think about everything that can go wrong
on a roadtrip...it all happened to us. A word of advice: make
sure u bring chains that fit and even if you have 4wd, you're not
completely safe...that black ice is dangerous!

| It's been one whole year since I've been working
full time now. Boy does that time fly. I've learned how the
system works at work and its helping me plan out my career path for the
next few years...maybe even include going back to school. I don't
really feel like I'm getting smarter at work, but rather dumber in the
academic sense since I use very little from what I learned in
school...which I'm sure is the case for most ppl. That's kinda
sad if you ask me.
So what's been going on since my last update you
ask? Well...since I'm so bad about loggin it here...I'll prolly
leave out a bunch of stuff when i try to list my happenings....been
whitewater rafting up at cache creek, been a vegas a few times: (4th of
july for weezer and rhcp, a random unplanned 2:30 am trip & most
recently NYE - madness on the strip), had a relaxing week off of work
btwn xmas and new years, been boarding in mammoth for a wknd when it
dumped 3 ft of snow overnite and I drove back in a blizzard, been
boarding in bear with only about 10 inches of snow beneath me and like
60 deg weather outside, raced in a dragonboat comp in sf and got second
to cal by like 0.3 seconds i think it was?, drove my car home in a huge
plume of smoke on the 60 east fwy (radiator blew up...new car
imminent...suggestions?), sake bombing, finding out theres clubs in rowland, more recently: open bar at project art show
with mish and jwoan, an "exciting" nite at vanguard, bbq at john kuo's
for some good times and bbq at derricks with 108" (we measured the
image on the wall) hd projector tv to watch superbowl XL, and outing at
temple bar with some peeps..with a chill session at dzuy's afterwards
for jsc. ok..thats quite a lot of rambling.
Hope all of you in xangaland are well. time to
peace out so i can shake the last of this dreaded cold.
year IV: continued strength

| - Go Moving is a pain in the @$$. Thank you if you had a helping hand. There is still leftover furniture if anybody is interested: sofas, desks, dresser & tv stand - get back to me asap! The new place is much smaller, so we have to rid of a lot of furniture. When you have lived in a 4 bedroom house for 3 yrs in a row, you accumulate a lot of junk. I mean ALOT. Leaving Bronwood is sad, but the new residence: 3852 Vinton Ave. - Culver City, is a pretty nice place. Brand new. Besides the manager, I think we are the only other tenants moved in at this point. We've been moving two days now..most of the big stuff is gone..only little stuff left...but thats gonna take the next few days. Blah..i'm too tired to type..maybe ill continue later. | | |
| feelin' older and wiser......maybe just the older part. haha. | | |
