| So yeah I have a new chapter in my life. For those that don't know I've left BC and I'm now in Dallas, TX going to the University of Dallas. It's a really awesome school and I'm loving all the new people I'm meeting. There is a LOT more to do here than at BC so thats cool but the classes are also harder (imagine that!). I can also go see a movie without driving an hour and living close to everything known to man is a wonderful feeling. Parties are, without a doubt, awesome and its cool to be able to walk through "old mill" any night of the week and find something. Last night I watched the movie "Supersize Me" which was really interesting and decided that fast food is sick. But I'll still eat it. My roomate is a transfer from SMU and is a really cool guy. I think we'll have a blast here.
So I have a TON of Plato for tomorrow so I will update again soon.
| Hi to all. I apologize to all for not having posted these last several months. I'm a terrible person.
Well to update, Im back here at Benedictine and loving it. Way better than before if thats possible. People make this school amazing.
I hate my classes as usual but hey, who doesnt. I make it through ok and I'm good.
Feeling a little emo tonight and its weird. Its been a while since I felt this way.
Colts are gonna win. Woot woot. But hay, who DIDNT think they would. Indy rocks.
My car died. I should be more responsible. :)
I need to keep my priorities straight. God then people then school. Seriously.
Life is good. You guys make me happy.

| So life is kinda crazy right now for me... I just keep working and it's getting more and more boring so I try to spice life up by staying busy after hours. Which is great but it means that I am never home and I dont get sleep. And last week my sister was finally home from Hungary and I didn't get to see her for an entire week because I was in Indy all week. Yeah I felt bad about that. Anyway, so I just began tearing a Cadillac apart for fun to replace the head gaskets. Should be a fun job. That's my new project. Fortunately my Riviera supercharger rebuild was a success and its my favorite car to drive now.
A word about movies... was very dissapointed in Kicking and Screaming but I thought that Batman Begins was the best movie that I've seen in quite some time. I still have to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith but I think I'm seeing that on Friday with Julie, Mike and Kelly. Should be fun.
I am so freaking excited about vacation this year... It's gonna be really short but intense. We're going to Cedar Point, which was (and is) the best amusement park in the world for the last 5 years. I kinda went nuts on the crazy stuff this summer.... skydiving, rock climbing, making explosives, having firework wars... its awesome.
Anyway, I have to go work on my newest project....
| So anyway yeah, I still exist. Summer's going great and life is pretty laid-back (though tiring). I've got a dandy little farmers tan- it's so nice with long pants and a t-shirt but when you see more skin its comical. Blasted heavy construction! Why couldn't I be a framer? And I have something to say about hard hats... THEY SUCK. Except when it pouring down rain and you're working outside and then they're tolerable.
Anyway, saw the Longest Yard... was it yesterday? Pretty good and extremely funny but I am a bit too much of a homophobe for that movie. Made it through though and throughly enjoyed Sandler's performance as usual. Big fan.
Stiches came out on Sunday (after the Indy 500.. WAHOO!) and the little dude is about totally gone. Feels like a little scar though.
Hmmm, I think I'm hungry again. I'm gonna go find out. I need to get out of this stupid routine. Go to work. Come home. Eat. Sleep. Eat. Watch TV. Do something outside. Go to bed. AHHH its killing me!
| So anyway, it was an insane weekend and now it's over. And I have stiches.
To start it all off, I played some basketball on Friday night and played possibly my best game ever. It was very fun. Then my brother, dad and uncle went to see star wars 3. I liked it but really, George Lucas can't write love story dialogue for his life. But I was impressed with the fight sceines and special effects. I was pretty tired from work and ball at that point so I went to bed. Woke up on Saturday and helped mom and dad with some heavy stuff outside for a few hours and then went rock climbing with Brandon and Joe. I'm getting better, I'm about done with the black runs and am moving on to the whites. Go me! But I still have a long way to go to catch up with them.
Then I went to Greenwood to hang with Andrew, Steve, Annie and Casey who is Drew dogs new girlfriend. She is amazing- I'm really glad for him and if he wasn't dating her I prolly would have tried. She beautiful with a sense of humor and a very down to earth personality, plus she's missing that preppy-nasty attitude that most pretty girls have. Great girl.... good work Andrew!
After we left Annie and Casey, we went back to the Decranes house to hang out which was going awesome until i sat on a chair that broke and cut my head open. We got it to stop bleeding and since I couldn't see it (it was in the back) I decided not to go to the hospital. But this morning when I got to church, my parents pretty much freaked out when they saw it so we went to have my uncle (who is an ER doctor) look at it. He said since it went all the way down to the skull he had to sew it up but my brother wanted to do it so he did. Here's the scary part, my brother just finished the book part of med school and he's never done work on a live patient- until today. My uncle stepped him though it and it ended up going fine (except when he didnt numb the place for the first stich- that kinda hurt) and so now I have 6 stiches in the back of my head. Yay. Then I went to a couple of graduation parties and came home. Sigh. What a weekend.
