| I'm getting a little better at this whole updating thing! Okay, I found a new job at Family Christian Store. I'll be working there part-time (kind of a seasonal position) for now. I'm still hoping for and praying about another job that won't be available until the start of the new year. If I get that one I'll be working full-time and will definitely be living here permanently. If not, I'll go full-time at FCS and might pick up another part-time job. If I can make all that work, I'll stay. If not, I'll be going back home. | | |
| Love Ft. Worth, possibly moving here permanently, found and fell in love with a wonderful Church, and am going to Germany with them in January. Gonna be a new aunt again 'round June 12!!!! Hmm...that's about it for now. <3

| Well, I finally made it down to Texas! I made it on almost nothing as I was running on 7 1/2 hours of sleep for 48 hours. I was very thankful for that when it came time to go to bed, however, I haven't slept that well or that long in a long time. The morning went very good! Audrey slept all morning, Austin decided to help me unpack (and interesting time!), and the house is clean. If it weren't for the internet and cable, I wouldn't know what to do! I figure I can hang out online for a little while since the Royals' game isn't on until 7:10 tonight. Feel free to call me during the next few hours as the kids will be sleeping and I'll not have too much to do! Anywho, God works in such wonderful ways; He never ceases to amaze me! As family and a few close friends know, I had a really hard time the last couple of days knowing that I'd be gone for two years and visiting, seemingly a very easy thing, would not be as easy as most presume. One of my aunts was giving me her new e-mail address and God gave me the reminder I needed most: I'm not going it alone! Yes, I knew that already and had told God many times that He would probably have to carry me a bit the first few days, starting a couple days before I left. But, it's always nice to hear what you already know. I'm so excited to be here and can't wait to discover all the blessings God has in store for me here! Hopefully, having so much extra time, I will be able to post more often and keep in closer contact with friends! I love you all and am praying for you as you go about your summer activities! | Okay, I'm for sure going down to Texas the day after Father's Day. The second week of June will be my last full week in Kansas. I'll be coming back down here the last week of May, going back to Kansas to work a little more, go to Osawatomie for the Royals/Cardnals game, back to Kansas for Father's Day, then back here to Texas for a couple of years. | | |
