| I'm loving my membership at the Y!! Today I did 30 minutes of interval walking on the treadmill plus 45 minutes of a step aerobics class. Weight Watchers has an activity tracker. You earn points based on the level of activity and the duration. With Curves I earned 2 points every work out. Today's step class was 8 points alone and then 2 more points for the treadmill!! I hope it reflects on the scale this week. I've talked so much about exercising that we decided to do a citywide membership so Ron can work out near his office and I can start taking the older 4 children on alternating days.  |

| Today's progress: 4 boxes of books taken to the local used bookstore and traded in for $47 in cash First mammogram ever Van loaded with LOTS of boxes to take to the recycle center tomorrow Physical health progress: 35 pounds lost to date 25 pounds to lose by the end of the year (my next goal) Walking 5K on Friday as part of Weight Watchers Walking Challenge Joining the YMCA to start toning my muscles and bump up the intensity level of exercise (Update: My first cardio workout at the Y was more exhausting than my workouts at Curves!! I did 25 minutes on a treadmill and 10 minutes on an elliptical machine. According to my body, 10 minutes on that elliptical was a LONG time!! I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.) |

| Today I watched Lego Padme give birth on Lego Star Wars for the Wii!! I couldn't believe it until the children replayed it for me!! I think I've seen it all now!! If you're interested you can view it yourself on youtube. |
