| let me tell you about my weekend! after school on friday eric drove me, sand, madd, em and cale back to his house. em and i made cookies for the bridges fundraiser, then they practiced while madd danced around in a sleeping bag, then maddie left so sand i and bothered them while they played and we tried to set the Communist Manifesto to music. then sandra and i came back here, and my brother was home so we had an enourmous dinner with my family. then we watched Degrassi, which has really gone downhill... yeahh then we woke up really early the next morning to get over to the train, we picked up kate and kath...brody was sleeping once again....there were a whole bunch of other john jay kids on the train, so that was fun. after we got off the train we saw greg in grand central, he was meeting up with molly. sand hung out with them while i was in class, then we met up for lunch (with mollys friend too) at this greek place. the waiter was amazing, he brought us baklavah with a candle in it and we were like, "who's birthday is it?" and he's like, "it's everybody's birthday! it's saturday!" he was great. so next me and sand walked up to times square and bought tickets for G. Love and Special Sauce. (i am so excited!!) then we went down to SoHo, met up with maddie connor and brody and attempted to shop but were largely unsuccessful. then we went out to dinner and took the train home. after dropping off sandra and madd we tried to save a dog that was in the road, but he didn't want to be saved. on sunday a whole bunch of relatives came up for the jewish holiday, and my counsins fiance offered me a ticket to see Beck with him, sadly i had to refuse. he is so eager, its great. my other cousin apparently likes G. Love, which is great. he's my age but i dont think i've ever talked to him. his eyes were all watery and i think he was probably high. i was forced to go to services at night. today i went shopping in greenwich (??) with emily and maddie. we bought quite a few girly things, which was odd. it was fun though, especially emily freaking out on the car ride home. and the 'coons...we passed a whole bunch of 'coons. uhm yeah...okay...that's all. | | |
| yeah. so. things are pretty good, i am extremely asian (me and sand made bubble tea on friday, not to mention the pocky, ramune, and mochi that was involved). school is fine, i have really good classes but a lot of work. yeahh and i'm grounded for a couple of weeks, my illegal behavior is apparently "deeply disturbing" to my parents. all of my other friends are grounded too, for various reasons, which is kind of funny. my color photo classes in the city start on saturday, i am really excited about that. oh and my brother is going to be a dj...i am so jealous..... | | |
| hanna's gone and it's flipping me out and i really, really don't want to go back to school. | | |
| nobody is reading this, but thats okay. yesterday i saw The History Boys, this drama on Broadway, with my family. it was amazing, and they played The Smiths. they played The Smiths on Broadway! i mildly flipped out with excitement. anyway, here are some of my pictures from the summer. (sorry about the borders...they won't go away)

| i am turning my bathroom into a darkroom! i am so excited. i went to ikea yesterday, for the first time since i was like 4, that was fun. hanna slept over last night, we made bubble tea, which was an enormous success, then we watched Pride and Prejudice, which was hysterical, then we both agreed that we would marry daniel handler, and then we talked for four and a half hours with The Bends on repeat, and it was nice. people are coming home soon, which is exciting, because i miss everyone a lot. and i have been so bored, even though i have a hellish amount of school work to do. my brother is leaving for college in one week and i wish that i was instead. | | |
