| Thanks for the comments..sorry that I have not written. Things are
okay. I really don't have anything to add today except to say that if
anyone ever wants to get hold of me, the best way is email:
sarahjean_t@yahoo.com. I am not that great at returning calls these
days.

| so here I am-five years later and in the same situation. You would
think that I would have learned. I keep making
the same mistake. Someone once sent a famous quote on the medical
school list serv that said "insanity is doing the same thing over and
over again and expecting a different outcome." I think Einstein said
that, but I am not sure. I guess I must be insane.
Sometimes it takes a real kick in the ass to realize that
you are holding onto something that you shouldn't. Someone will say
something and it will click, then a revelation will occur. I guess I got
a good kick in the ass Friday: "It never crossed my mind" and "Don't
you ever get tired of pushing me?" I could of done without those. I was
present Saturday when a friend of mine was dished out some words that
were suppose to trigger a revelations "Don't you have balls? You
pussy!!" Maybe I could have used those words of advice myself...except
I do not have balls. It is funny how certain things stick in your mind.
So here I am in Miami. I didn't go to L.A. That wouldn't have done me
any good. I did not make back up plans, so I am doing a lot of sitting
around. I should be spending this time studying for the USMLE step 1
that I am taking in June, but I am not ready to start studying. My
heart is not in it.
I wish I had a friend that I trusted enough to talk about this, but I don't.

| Things I hate:
1.Studying
2. Studying
3. Did I mention studying?
Things I have to do ALL THE FREAKIN time in Medical School
1. Study
On a positive note: I am on Spring Break starting 12:01 pm on Friday!
Saturday: To LA I go to see if there is anything left to salvage

| A new year-a new update:
I do not know what inspired me to write in my xanga page
after all this time, but here goes. My christmas break was good. I did
a tour of California
starting in LA and ending in Sacramento. I spent time with John, my
family, and I was able to see Rosina and Christina Huen again. John and
I tried to hook up with Kevin, Cindy, and Gina in LA but that did not
work out. For the most part, I just relaxed .
Last weekend I flew back to LA again to see John. Just can't get enough
of that boy!! haha. We had a pretty busy weekend by going indoor rock
climbing, going to the LA museum, and watching a live taping of the
Ellen Show. I did not know how hard it is to get tickets to these
shows. It takes a long time to get the tickets for a day and even that
does not guarantee that you will get in...you have to come early and
wait in line. Anyways we got into the taping. The set was a lot smaller
than I thought it would be. The guests were not that interesting, but
she started a new game and we won $100 in gift certificates to movie
phone. We also got the first season of That 70's show DVD. Free stuff
is always exciting!!
Well that is all I feel like writing. I am not feeling good tonight, so I am staying in. Oh well.
Take care until we meet again.

| I'M FREE!!!!!!!!!! Well at least for this weekend. I am between modules so I have absolutely nothing to study this weekend..wow! I don't know what to do with myself.
Recent discovery- Okay so now that I am free, I was curious about what is going with some people I have not talked to in awhile. I decided to peruse my friendster "friends" because (as I tell John) friendster is a way to sorta keep up with your friend's news without directly contacting them. Anyways, I noticed that my ex-roomies profile said that he was married. Since people sometimes mess with their relationship status, I looked at his gf''s profile and low and behold she is married also (with a wedding day picture). So putting two and two together, I think he got married. Well I am glad for him if he is. It felt so weird because it seemed so fast, but then I realized that a lot of time has passed since I last talked to him. Anyways, wow is all I have to say.
I guess I better start keeping up with people because who knows who will be next.
