i swear i would be better at this if i wasnt so freaking busy all the time... but i am... thankfully it is for a good reason tho :)

bc, basically i really love my job. i like everyone i work with... with one small exception . I am really thankful to have another girl managing too bc with all those guys around, it is nice to have another girl to be well... girls with. And i get alot of free clothes... in sizes large enough for me to make double of everything out of them... but hey whatever, free is free... and with perks like those, its no wonder i love my job!

but yeah... thats what i have been doing. instead of everyday being class, gym, and tv... it is now class, work, practice, and sometimes gym.... actually rarely gym, which really sucks bc i had felt like i was making progress and now i feel like i am erasing that progress and that is sad... but what can i do? exactly, nothing... other than trying to make time for the gym whenever i am not too busy or too tired :/

im not going to lie tho... its really nice to have something to do that I am actually interested in. i feel like i am actually accomplishing something and that sure is nice.

KRISTEN AND I STOOD 2 FEET FROM HANSON TODAY AS THEY PERFORMED! AND WE GOT THEIR AUTOGRAPHS AND A FREE CD! TELL ME THAT WASNT THE COOLEST THING EVER!

It was so random bc this woman randomly came up to Kristen and I to tell us about it... so yeah... we ditched class to see HANSON perform at Tommy Trojan.

and i am listening to it right now actually. It is soo good and I dont care what anyone says about them. HANSON IS COOL!

 it has been 26 days... which is a very long time... especially considering i used to post like almost everyday.

but its not like there hasnt been anything going on, because there definaltely has, but i have just been way too sleepy all the time to muster up the needed effort to actually write everything down... 

basically i have just been going to class, going to the gym, and watching tv, but there are fun things too... like, i finally got a job this year so i wont be wasting all my workstudy money. Yeah, its not the managing position that i thought was going to work out, but its still in the office, which makes me happy. Im def not the most talented office assistant in the world... esp on the phones... and all i do is fold mailouts and stuff envelopes, but i love just being there. Hopefully the manager thing will work out, but if it doesnt, atleast ill still have my 5 hrs a week in the office :)

This past weekend Jessie and i went with mark brown and his friends to the weekender in palo alto. I had alot of fun... even though we drove like 16 of the 36 hrs we were gone. I really liked being in the stands for once!

Sunday Night Tramaine and I went and got some "goodies"... hahaha... and watched love and basketball. its so cool bc everytime i watch it i see some part of campus on there that i didnt really notice was in it before.

note the transition... emily is getting scouted and such (including a rep from right here at USC!) and I am so proud of her. no matter what happens i am going to be proud, but if she ended up playing at some 4 year i just know she would love it and i would be so happy for her!

And Alyssa wants to come to school here too! that would be so awesome if all three of us came here!

so thats basically everything that has been going on. i just do my homework, study for midterms until 4 in the morning, go to football games, and go to the gym.

it may not seem like much, but im thankful to have it whatever it is

i got this funny comment on my last post recently, and it read something along these lines... "ummm.. post you loser!" So, i decided it was prob time to get back after it and post.

really, i was waiting to find out about whether i was going to get this position or not. I wanted to be able to talk about it, and now i finally can... I AM GOING TO BE A MANAGER FOR THE MENS BBALL TEAM!

i cannot explain how excited i am about it. not only is it basketball, but its MENS basketball, which means getting to know the guys on our team. I was talking to Kristen about it, and we finally have a way to hook her up with her all-time dream man: Rory oneil. I can see it all happening now...

so basically, i am really happy with the way things are unfolding this year. I have all but 1 of my classes with Kristen, so I almost always have someone to complain about class with... not that i would ever complain about cat sug, Merle (pronounded Murl-e), or Santa Claus, but there is still the opportunity...
