by seeking reconciliation, you diffuse the results of anger. which according to the american psychological association are high cholesterol, anxiety, panic attacks, blah blah blah. whatever.

maybe you think youre not an angry person. but i bet you might be bitter, jealous, resentful, depressed, so on and so forth. those things are just anger in disguise. trust me. i know.
