Gosh, it feels like years since the last blog post.  But life moves on!

Some fun links for those interested in updates on the wedding:

To answer Toby's question in the last post, I guess you can say I am kind of becoming a Red Sox fan by default.

However, I will always root for the A's if they are playing each other.  Can't deny I'm a girl born and raised in Oakland.  I don't have much of an opinion or tie to the Giants though.

I was THISCLOSE to going to the World Series here in Boston, but of course H's dad flew up for the games to go.  They are his season tickets, after all.  Anyway, there's a tiny little chance I can go next week if the series ends here, but I'm more of the backup attendee.

I'm trying to decide if I've been to more A's games now or more Sox games.  Hard to tell, as the A's games were spread out over my lifetime but I've been to tons of Red Sox games in the last two seasons.

Anyway, I still don't really like baseball that much, but it's starting to get more interesting.  I like to people watch at the games, and I've seen everything: a guy wearing a real kilt, fabulous mullets, and a guy who I swear looks like a modern-day Abraham Lincoln, side burns and all.  Did I mention Jars of Clay sat in front of me before?  Weird.

What I really love is college football.  Been to a few BC games out here, might go to Harvard-Yale, but I'm coming home for the CAL-USC game.  GO BEARS!  Let me know if you're going to the game and maybe we can meet up.

Who knew I would devote a whole entry to sports?

So I'll be back in the Bay Area next week, flying in late Monday night and leaving late Saturday night.

Planned so far: 2 doctor's appointments, 1 dentist appointment, family BBQ, hanging out/ shopping with Winnie, hanging out with Michelle, Jen's wedding, and Winnie's bridal shower.  But I want to hang out with YOU!  Drop me a note and let's work something out.
