i never realized how much my attitude is contingent on the weather. that said, im incredibly thankful for the 70degree sunny days we've been having lately. life with timmy has been fun this week. after him being sick last week and working all week, we made the most of our day off together and "went for a drive" ending up in fayetteville. we just rested and ate. its been a week since he was sick last, im thankful that he's feeling better.

i wrote a new song. its my favorite so far. timmy loves it. its not finalized yet, though. i need to work on it today but i might need to take a brief nap first. i helped timmy get ready for work this morning, and i always have trouble falling back to sleep after i lock the door, but im feeling the tired now.

oh, saw this frightening advertisement for a "possible settlement if you've bought airborne products." someone has decided that airborne has no power to actually prevent or cure the common cold.

i freaked out at first bc i took a lot of airborne this cold/flu season and i thought it might be one of those settlements from horrible side effects. luckily for me, its just a settlement for false advertising.

im at gabby's house.  yay!

and i just found out i get the monday after easter off.  i hope timmy does too.  then we can hang out in fayetteville for a couple of days.  lovely.

timmy is feeling better.  this is encouraging.  i just thought id say he was feeling better since i always say he's sick.

things are good.  i should go back to the party.

love.

...edit...
haven't done an edit for a while. on the way home from gabbigail's house, "calling out your name" by rich mullins came on my playlist. i love that song. sometimes its too much for me, and i have to skip it. but tonight i just enjoyed it. i love when he says,
"And the single hawk bursts into flight
And in the east the whole horizon is in flames
I feel thunder in the sky
I see the sky about to rain
And I hear the prairies calling out Your name."

how beautiful.

the weather has been very nice. i have the evening off. timmy is working at starbucks where im checking my email. he is in a very fun mood tonight- i keep hearing him singing and making jokes which is comforting. he got sick again yesterday which sucks. if it happens again we're getting blood work done. but i dont think it will. we're changing our diet a little. less eating out, more making food, less fatty fat, more goody good. he's gonna kick this sickness.

other than that, work has been all right. timmy and i get paid today which is fabulous. we love paying our bills.

one the the starbucks girls just said its going to storm like crazy tonight. i dont like that. i actually hate storms more than anything ever. i dont know when this change happened. but i have a little phobia about things. i think its mostly that i grew up in the ville where tornados never even got close to us, and now i live in tornadoville where neighboring towns get destroyed. also, the fact that we have no really safe place to go if a tornado comes is a little unnerving. i can't handle it really. last spring, i hyperventilated and cried when the sirens went off.

anyway. love.
