I'm trying a new "stupid knitter" trick. I'm trying to knit two socks on two circular needles at the same time. So far--they look like the cuff of socks.

We found Santa on Friday. 
This place had a train going around the top of the room, having "tunnels" through the walls into other rooms. 
Here it comes... 
and there it goes.

What does it mean when nobody gets the big piece of the wishbone--and in fact it breaks into 4 pieces? 
And Shadow was playing with a feather--this is the best photo I got of that--I missed the one with it stuck on her nose.

Have you heard of yarn bombing or knit graffiti? It's basically where someone goes out and "tags" things with knitting. There's a local statue of Pocahontas, and apparently someone (not me) decided she looked cold. So they gave her a blaze orange scarf. It was up for nearly a week, but I never got around to taking her picture. We drove by yesterday, on the way home from the store, and it was gone. I think I'm a little sad over that.
