i graduated yesterday!

high school really does go by fast. of course there are things about it that i won't miss BUT there are things about it that i will definitely miss.

after graduation i went to notre dame to turn in my cap and gown, get my diploma, take some pics with friends, etc. after that i went home and ended up playing mario kart with josh and lauren (who both went to my graduation ) and then my sis and bro came and joined us. then we all ate dinner with my mom and grandma..but not my dad because he had to go to work because he has to work nights for a certain period of time, so it sucked he couldn't eat with us. but dinner was nice and afterwards we had ice cream cake  which we ended up cutting with an electric knife (the kind you use to carve turkeys with) because my mom didn't thaw it out during dinner lol. it was entertaining. after that my bro, sis, and grandma had to leave to go to the nashville airport, so that sucked cause they'd only been here since noon the day before. after they left i hung out with lauren and josh and we watched some of sixteen candles and then lauren had to go home so josh and i finished watching it and hung out til 10:30. i decided not to go out to a party because graduation (and bac. mass the night before) had made me tired and i just didn't feel like partying. okay well that's all i feel like typing.

hey guys!

josh and i went to lake winnie yesterday. going there is always interesting lol. we walked over to the tilt-o-whirl to stand in line for it and someone calls my name but i figure there's just a little girl nearby with the same name. but then my cell phone starts ringing and i don't recognize the number but i answer and it's robbie and he tells me he and rachael are up on the ferris wheel. lol it was random. anyways, josh and i had fun..and it was only $8 for unlimited rides cause they had a special deal for only that day so woohoo!

some people are PATHETIC. i just went to one of the featured sites on xanga and it was the xanga of a girl who's pretending to be jamie lynn spears. AND as if that's not pathetic enough, a whole bunch of people have left her comments saying stuff like "OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S YOU! I LOVE YOU!! I LOVE YOUR SHOW ZOEY 101!!! EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT!!!!" haha it's really sad. if you ever feel like you don't have a life, remember those people. then you will be like nevermind i was wrong..i have one!

hey lovers. i got back from senior night a little while ago. this was the first year ND has ever had senior night. we had to wear the clothes that we'll be wearing under our graduation gowns (for the girls that means white dress or white shirt & skirt; and white shoes). so at 6:30 there was a little reception and people ate and stuff i guess but i didn't get there until 6:45 ish. a few minutes before 7:00 all the seniors lined up (in our graduation order) in the cafeteria. then we went into the auditorium where the parents, teachers, etc. were sitting and we took our seats. then mr lennon introduced each senior and we had to walk across the stage and he said what college we're going to. so that was blah worthy but not as bad as a lot of us thought it would be...none of us girls tripped so we were happy. after we walked across the stage we each had to walk behind the stage, behind the closed curtain and stand on risers and when the introductions were done they opened the curtain and lennon said "and here's the class of 2005" blah blah blah picture picture picture.

after that they did awards which took a while and was boring of course. but i sat by ryan and jamie so i had some laughs with them. esp. with ryan. and katie breckinridge and lauren minter sat behind me so i got to joke around with them too

after the many awards we watched a slideshow that was 316 slides long. it had pics from our baby days, st. jude/olph days, freshman year...all that jazz. it was pretty cool. after that we got to go home- yay!

and now here i am. tired. i stayed up til 1:30 this morning cause i had to do my dang portfolio for english. so i think i'll go to bed real soon.

today was the last day i'll ever have to wear the annoying catholic school girl uniform. woohoo!  yay for the out of uniform day tomorrow.

oh yeah our senior prank was on monday. it wasn't a prank on the teachers though it was a prank on the juniors who park in the lot with the seniors. it was funny and we got to miss 1st period for it and come outta uniform so yay. ok i'm sick of typing. bye!

so this definitely hasn't been one of my better weekends...

friday night josh and i hung out for a while and we ended up going to greenway farm. when we got there we decided to walk to the quarry. when we get there we look at the view and decide to keep walking down the path we're on so that when we get to the end of it we're at the base of the quarry. when we get to the bottom the sun has set so it's starting to get dark. i then see a sign that i think is probably talking about the quarry and i say i wanna read it. josh walks over to it and an animal is right there and we don't see what it is but it quickly runs a few feet away from us and scares us half to death haha. anyways, so the quarry is creepy in the dark...and the fact that the water does not move AT ALL is even creepier. so after a few minutes we decide it's just a little too creepy to stay down there so we decide to walk back up the path. it's pretty dark and we both agree this would be a good place for a killer to lurk. after a couple minutes josh hears footsteps in the woods to our right. we then start to walk even faster and it's getting darker by the minute. after a few minutes we're walking down the path and at that point there is a really old cabin-type house nearby in a field. i don't know if any of yall have seen it but it's creepy! so josh stares at it the whole time we're having to walk near it and that creeps him out. a few seconds later i look behind us and i go "OH MY GOD THAT SCARED ME!!" and told him that the wooden post a few feet behind us looked like a person standing there cause it was in the dark by the trees. he looked at it and thought the same thing so we started to run lol then we got to the part of the path that's near the open field which is near one of the main roads thus making us feel safer. so at that point we stopped running and then some weird sound came from a big group of bushes next to us and we guessed it was some weird bird but it scared us so we decided to run to his car cause we'd had enough. so yeah...maybe you just read all that and you're thinking "wow that wasn't scary" but it was...because the quarry is creepy, it was dark, and you never know when someone bad is following you.. so yeah that wasn't fun lol.

yesterday julie and i were going to do our service for school at petsmart (working at the pet adoption center) and josh decided to work with us. the dogs were really cute as usual and that day there were a lot of puppies so we got to play with them some  and i was seriously considering adopting this one dog that looked like an australian shepherd b/c it was sooo cute and fuzzy and playful. but we go to get ready to leave and i get my purse and see that it's open and i'm like that's weird i thought i had it closed. i go to get my wallet out and it's GONE. the damn fucker that stole my wallet got a lot of stuff because i had at least $60 in it and 2 gift cards. and i loved my wallet too because it was really pretty  i was really upset when i found out my wallet had been stolen. it's still really depressing. but they didn't steal my digital camera or my cell phone so that's good. but still really sucks. last night josh and i went to AE to see if they still sold my wallet but they don't which made me real sad 

so yeah..this just hasn't been a very good weekend for me. well i love yall, bye.
