So...guess who finally decided to write on their blog again?!?!? YAY!!! Well maybe you think YAY..depends on who you are...

So...I"m going to get some lists up here soon from quote from Grunden and Newmark...However in the meantime here's some random stuff from my hectic life...

-last weekend, on Friday I spent 6 hours getting Spring ready for a tri-county horse show, grooming, getting her mane short and banding when I was almost done (worked from 12-6) I found out it was canceled....this weekend I was only 1/2 way done banding when I found out the show was canceled although this time it was like...going on 7:00-7:30 when I found out....yeah...so I"m over it but the problem is that tomorrow, then 4h is next weekend and I can't really ride them, have something that afternoon, and then the following weekend is the show!!! ahhh....I'm still hoping for lesssons for my birthday....this is why I need them, I'm never guarenteed to get to ride everyweek....and when I ride I like to play with my friends not jsut work all the time plus it's hard depending on who your riding with...so I've worked with SPring lots but we still need to work on our lope and Debra said she would ride her al this week!!! yay!!!but...I still wont' have a show before district which is bad...see previous years they've been out before district either we've had a hrose show and a clinic or a couple clinics etc. but this year we had the mini clinic about a month ago in wayne county so when we get to the HHC the horses are gonna be like.>WOAH, it's been since like State Fair since we've seen this stuff...although I'm really looking forward to district...a. I love it anyways b. I finally have figured out how to ride spring...long story, tough mare, but so much fun (between her and Rebel they keep me learning) and c. get this we will have for our club group excluding danny and gabby and gang although hopefully they will be near us we will have 9 horses, 11 riders and 12. yup 12 saddles, 10 of which are western...and I'm no longer the sole person doing hunt seat on saturday, Philip and Honey are doing the pony classes!

-so I qualified for track regionals in the mile!!! as did Miquella and Cassie woot! however, I wish I had known my horse show was getting canceled for then I could have been running this week and been able to go to regionals...unfortunatly I have too many prior commitments to try so...MIQUELLA and CASSIE I know will be awesome!! and Tori (Lemming #2) will be as well. The rappin' white girl will be with ya'll next year...I hope you enjoyed the cake :)

-sooo, boys aren't they fun to talk about...hahaha... NOT at least all the time...my love life besides being non-existant is not something I'm really worried about, hey I've got a horse I can ride, what more may I ask for...besides I have a life, so my boyfriend would have to have his own life, I think I agree with Joe's (Joe from 4h) idea in that I really just don't have time for one...however,

if I had the perfect boyfriend he would...

have dark hair, cute, tanned skin although a little blotches here and their not bad, always love me, not be afraid to hug me in public, he should get embarresed if I or anyone made a fuss over him, he would have soft eyes, he would be older, be at a healthy weight but not overweight, still loves to have fun, smart and can think for himself, has a life outside of girls, intelligent, humorous, notice me even when I don't think he sees me, makes me feel warm and fuzzy...

his name...

Dineros Rebel

I mean who could ask for a better Horse?!?!?

I went to GMHS's band concert last night...it was so great to see you all again...we definatly all need to get together, I'll let you know when my school has plays and such so you can come, Jerry- you give the best hugs ever, I miss you all so much...I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

WHY HORSES ARE BETTER THAN (really girly...sterotypical)GIRLS...

-horses don't spend an hour getting ready just to go outside

-horses don't wear make up or heels...they like to be all natural

-horses don't care if every day you wear jeans and a t-shirt when you go over to their house

-horses don't spend their free time at the mall

-horses don't talk about the opposite sex the entire time

WHY HORSES ARE BETTER THAN (most, well almost all) GUYS...

-They smell good when they sweat...well most of them

-They don't want their turn at the computer.

-They turn white with age, but not bald.

-They don't care what you look like, as long as you have a carrot.

(the horses better than guys came from a website)

quote of the day...from Mr. Lloyd one of my 4-H leaders, said after he saw me at public speaking, where I had on  the black skirt and top I wore as a prom monkey..."I'm waiting for my tom-boy leslie to come back" he told me this when he saw me at the barn in my usual...jeans, sneakers, sweatshirt, carhartt..."I'm back" I said...he agreed.

but...hey, sure I have some crushes, but for me....the order is...

God, Family, School, Horses and 4H.........boys

so..since our school doesn't have the real sterotypes...at least since our school isn't really clicky...I decided to do a quiz and find out which sterotype I was (PS I love our class!!! always and forever...like technology)

<a href="http://www.mutedfaith.com/quiz/q1.htm" target="new">
<img src="http://www.mutedfaith.com/images/christ.jpg">
</a><br>
Take the <a href="http://www.mutedfaith.com/quiz/q1.htm" target="new">What High School
Stereotype Are You?</a> quiz.

so I'm the goody-two shoes....yet to be corrupted...no ideas, my friends...I think drama has done it for me...:) I love you all!!!

so now for the inner geek test...

well maybe not it takes 20 minutes to take...and I dont' really care

oh what the heck...I'm doing it

here's some questions that relate to me...

I've looked forward to dissecting a frog, pig, etc. ...

ok...so I am a geek...not bad 16.37081

ok...later

love you all!!!

Sweet..I like *****!

So...how long does it take to drive home 15 miles...when your speedometer doesn't read above 0 mph? 2 hours and 40 minutes. While many people I am sure today have experienced this same drag I was fortunate one to get home safely and two to witness some acts of kindness that reminded me there were good people in the world.

First of all driving home my sister and I drove down a hill that was litteraly steep down and immediately steep up on the other side. We were behind a little black car that was having some skidding issues so we were a good 6 or 7 car lengths behind when the black car stopped on the downhill. Now in front of this black car...I could see a white car in my side that had run off the road and gotten it's front end stuck in a ditch (It was not until further review when we drove past later that the ditch was at least 3 feet deep and straight down). While the traffic behind us I'm sure had stopped up the oncoming traffic was minimal. Until a couple cars drove down the steep hill looming ahead. These two cars held the GOOD samaritans. They both stopped one shortly after the other on the side of the road. The first car that stopped a man got out of the car and walked over to the ditched car and proceeded to survey the situation (walking around the car)...then the second car stopped and another man came out...the two of them while the driver was inside the car hitting the gas in reverse sunk into the ditch and pushed this car out of the ditch. Mind you three sets of strangers. Once the car was on the road the two samaritans got back in their car and drove off in the opposite direction of the car that they helped. After about 5 minutes this little white car started moving again.

Going up the next hill was going to be a challenge and the man in the black car in front of us must have realized this for he was waiting for the white car to go before trying. So on the little white car trucked, flashers blinking as it slowly climbed the steep hill. Then it stopped, just stopped simply stopped. The little white car would go not further. The flashers were on and this car was not moving. After a couple minutes passed I was beginning to wonder whether or not the car would move. The traffic in the oncoming lane had picked up a bit, a large semi truck, oil truck passed and quite a few more cars. Now a small red truck pulled out of a side road with perfect timing. It ended up behind the famous white car which was still stopped halfway up a hill. The person in the red truck got out of his truck and walked up to the driver of the white car. Mind you these people all continue to be strangers. Now the oncoming traffic down this hill was still going and the driver of the little red truck got back in his truck, proceeded to quickly find a pocket and speed up the hill around the little white car before stopping and backing up until it was right close to the little white car. The man was out again pulling ropes from the back of this honestly not huge 4 by 4 truck just a little run around the barn type truck. He pulls ropes out and attaches them to the white car and this GOOD samaritan with the help of his red truck pulled the troubled white car up the hill.

So maybe your driving home for 3 hours when it would normally take you 20 min. However, just be glad you get home safely to read this and look out for those good samaritans...It just goes to show that even in the cold, snow, icy conditions, when everyone would rather be at home in a warm toasty chair with hot chocolate people will still stop and help.

Thank you to those 4 good samaritans I saw today...while from a distance I'm still touched!

OK...sooo I just had a wonderful day...rehersal 1-5 and I got up late sooo caught up on sleep...although I woke up 2wice and panicked thinking I was missing swim practice.....but here's some stuff

REHERSAL - why I had sooo much fun...Jeremy and Emily did awesome in their singing/guitar playing it was BEAUTIFUL...soo I'm Peter in Romeo and Juliet and I have this thing for the Nurse, therefore I was given "man lessons" from Harry and Danny...on how to stand (more difficult than you think) and how to dance...then so Danny/Mercutio decided that during the party scene he's going to keep distracting me to flirt with Melissa/Nurse or Courtney/Nurse...this was highly entertaining especially since I get to "beat" Danny up...oh Danny and Ben I want to reinforce when they did the chop head off thing...Martha is just an amazing stage manager...so then at the end Edwin for a little while, Cassandra, Ben and I were all walking around with our notebooks on our heads then we did shay shay cool-a with notebooks on our heads it was great...although I definatly lost to Ben and Cassandra....which brings  me to another subject Cassandra...I dont' know what I am going to do when she's in college...EEK...how will I ever do anything...I love Cassandra and her bouncy hugs!!! Oh...life is grand indeed!!!

Winter Formal....:) Everyone should be going regardless of whether they get a date...cause you really don't need a date for winter formal you just gotta have a lot of fun!!!

So guess what....I was on my way to church...2nd time driving with my permit in my sister's little car...here's what happend...

I was right before you turn into church, just before the start of the soccer fields and before the turn before church when a deer ran out in front of me, it got all the way across so I just slowed down, another deer ran out and dad yelled "BREAK BREAK" so I slammed on the brakes my heart about jumped into my throat and the "smart deer" turned around and ran into the woods, not a second later the car lurched forward and stopped, (whiplashed my head a bit) the car behind me rearended me, slammed into the back of my sisters little honda. Dad said they weren't going to fast but it scared the heck out of me. I immediately started crying...I was in shock, Dad and I and the man behind us were all fine, car's just a little scratched on the bumper. Dad told me to turn off the car but he had to do it because I forgot everything, I was still in panic  mode. then he told me to get out of the car, he was already getting out, after wiggling my way out of the now very tight seatbelts I walked up to the man who hit us, who seeing and hearing that it was a young new driver immediately was apologetic telling me to stop crying, I was fine, it wasn't my fault (which it wasn't he was following to close and paying attention to the deer and not me). Needless to say, we aren't going to tell our insurance company...I dont' think since it wasn't really bad (just Lisa's car anyways :) )...dad Made me drive the 100 feet to church although I really didn't want to...

so yeah that's my scary moment...but I am going to leave that at it...I'll post later....
