anyway, i woke up today, checked my hp and wdh, 12 smses?!?! seriously this is the one of the rare times that smses stopped me from continuing my sleep. and then, cheryl's freaked me off, i don't know why too but yeah, called her and i realised how screwed we're for SMP. we got a scolding from djinkai :(
mm, like what my mom told me. whatever it is, even if we were accused about stuff, we have to put up with it. haha realistic life man. and, SMP isn't easy. at all.
sp i pretty much spent my entire night trying to settle SMP stuffs. minus that i'd a mini baking session with my mom HAHAH it was pretty fun, my mom was so excited. especially because she bought a new cake mixer haha okay..

batam!
saturday we went to harbourfront ferry terminal, and it was sooooo hectic. my uncle and aunt brought their golf box+sets along but those couldn't be brought up to the ferry. so they'd to ship it over. and because of some procedures, yadayada, we missed our ferry :( then it became even more chaotic because 3 of my relatives changed their passports and their tickets were not accepted or what not.
anyway, yes we reached batam eventually. and then the long queue triggered us to...haha do a morally wrong action. hehhehheh. desmond, joe and i were weaving out reasons why the guy who helped us wasn't a manager (to start with, he really didn't look like a manager whattttttt). but he turned out to be uh, manager of the resort we stayed in and he ended up helping my uncle and aunt quite a lot ('cos of their golf stuffs), oooooops.
uh yeah, their golf stuffs did not come to them by the time we reached batam, which meant further waiting at the ferry terminal. we looked so pathetic sitting on the floor. but the stuffs did get to them eventually, so. haha.
our resort wasn't very..nice? we (yinghuey, me, jolene and my sis) were looking forward to the beach! and i've always thought batam and bintam were more about their beaches anyway. we (desmond, me, yinghuey, sis, mom, ahyi, ahyi's husband, xiaojiu) played in their pool though! while lazybums rested in their rooms haha. it was so funnnnn okay. no actl, we were having peace in the pool at first. until xiaojiu came-.- it felt like a jacuzzi! 'cos the manager helped us with it, and he pumped seawater into the pool for us or something along that line.
we didn't get to book the resort's ocean view spa package! :( went for massaging on the 2nd day instead, we'd one day tour. and the massaging centre was so pretty :) the lady who was massaging me was quite gross though. kept burping, even when she was massaging my face! wdh.
oh. everyone's beds had lizard shit on them. frigging gross.

the uhhhh, "house" we lived in. it's mini inside, 2 beds and a superduper mini kitchen cum living room.
my ma was so excited about camwhoring (YES SHE WAS! hahaha). she ran there, posed and insisted that i took a photo of her-.-
the resort has really nice paths though. like this one, it was made out of tree trunk.

5 on a motorbike. my tourguide said it's a rather common sight in batam.
see that little box in the photo? that's the smallest HOUSE in batam belonging to an old man. but he's usually loitering around. according to our tourguide, squatters in batam have to pay as well, so this old man built the house himself, where he sleeps in at night.
