| Oh my...it feels like it has been so long since I wrote something...I just found out that my parents and my brother are leaving me in the middle of the month til the end of the month....they decided to leave me here alone on this boring ass island...and they will be having a blast in Hong Kong, Beijing, and China. And guess what I get to do? I get stuck watching the restaurant and working my buttocks off. No life for like 2 and a half weeks  . That so sucks. The last time they went on a trip to California and Canada, I ended up working too...and I ended up sick!!! Well...I guess its for the best...as negative as I may sound...they can have their vacation now...and I will have mine in July. Sounds fun huh...I get to go to Hong Kong, Japan, Beijing, Shanghai, and Thailand.
Hmmm...what else...oh yah...another vacation for me too...I finally decided to go to Nationals up in Reno. It was a last minute decision. I don't know if it is exactly gonna be a "vacation"...but I just hope its fun. Upsilon decided to fly from Honolulu to San Francisco because it was waaayyyy cheaper than flying up to Reno. So we're gonna rent two vans and have a road trip. Sounds interesting. We're talking about $200-300 savings. At first...tickets to Reno weren't that expensive...around $440...but two days later, it went up to $600, even in the $1000s.

| Hey guess what...I'm bummed out once again... , now even Sharzi is gonna go inactive. This so totally sucks...because our PSE "cool" group is slowly disappearing. Anyways, now that Cara's gone, David's gone, Shar's gonna be gone...PSE is not gonna be the same anymore.
But on a better note...I passed my Real Estate Certification class this past weekend. Actually, I'm kinda proud of myself because I spent only about an hour answering 140 questions. All I needed was a 70% to pass, and we all had 2 chances to pass. I feel so smart...haha......its a once in a lifetime feeling for me!!! I passed on my first try...and I was the first to finish the exam...and all the old foggies didn't even pass...yippie...now I just gotta study a lil' more so that I could pass the State version. Then I'll be licensed to sell YOUR house. And hopefully...I'll be making some BIG MONEY...and then I won't have to count on the Wheel of Fortune machine in Vegas to hit rich! | | |
| Boy....I'm kinda bummed out now ...one of my closest friends decided to go inactive from PSE...yah...thats right Cara...you're such a dork...leave us!!! You better come back soon. If your excuse for leaving PSE is to do better in school this semester...I better see you get a 4.0 GPA. Well...hope to see you around more. Anyways...not much has been going on. PSE is kicking in again. Just wanted to wish Spring 2004's PM Program a good luck and come to me if you guys have any questions...I'm still here to help...well sorta! Busy studying...and I just needed a break. | | |
| Its been a while since I've updated everyone about my life! So I got a new internship at Prudential Locations up in Waialae... . I actually find that hard to believe because I can be such a lazy person. But I'm really glad that the broker I shadow takes me out and physically meet clients...I mean, his initial meetings with them, and showing them property. I find that really interesting...it beats sitting behind the desk and computer. Sometimes, I don't have to go into the office...only when he is busy meeting his old-time clients...so he assigns me homework...I have to find properties that are suitable to his clients requests so that he can show them the properties I picked out. So this past week was my first week...and I already got to go out twice! I get to work on weekends too...that gives me an excuse to leave my restaurant! I'm up until like 1:30 in the morning to research...but for some strange reason, I don't get sleepy when I do this...but when it comes to homework...once I open that book...**snoring**.
What else has been happening...yah...everybody thinks that I've been kind of MIA lately...well...in the mornings, I try to go to the gym, then go to school, then work, and then every Tuesday and Thursday's, I have Real Estate class from 5:45-9:30 p.m.?Well, today there was a PAMI meeting for those who are interested in attending the Asian Field Study this summer. We are going to Japan, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Thailand...and then Khai and I are gonna stay over in Hong Kong after the field study is finished to continue our vacation. As of now, our plan is to stay in Hong Kong for maybe 4 more days or so, and then maybe a week in mainland China...in the village..haha  . I'm SO EXCITED...I now the semester just began...but with all this to look forward to, I just wish that the semester comes to an end quickly? | | |
